Very nice in this villa is the outside bar at the boat dock with Tiki hut, fridge and sink. From there you can enjoy the wonderful sunsets of Florida with a sundowner!
Place is in this villa for six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a beautiful open plan living area with kitchen as well as a cozy dining room.

Area Information :
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 114,00 EUR per week results at high season 182,40 EUR
Children up to the age 10 years are free of charge
Children from 11 until 14 years pay 57,00EUR per week, at high season 91,20 EUR
All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes,
House cleaning: 200.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
House damage deposit:700.00 EUR
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

EXCELLENT RENTAL HOME
This was an absolute beautiful home to stay for our vacation. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool during the day. The evenings we spent down at the Tiki Hut listening to music, enjoying the beautiful sunsets and fishing from the dock. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the home. Very clean and bright decor. Best beach to visit was Bowmans Beach and Captiva. The

Dream of a few!
I was there with my wife and my 2 children (19 & 21 years old). The house was in perfect conditions with a lovely and cozy decoration. Especially the dock with the Tiki Hut was amazing to relax at and watch the sunset. Unfortunately, the house was rented out during the Christmas break 2019 we had to choose another home. Otherwise, we would have been happy to go there again.
