It is conveniently located just off the access road to IH-35 North near the Pearl Brewery and downtown San Antonio. One can easily walk to Broadway Street for shopping, eating at a nice restaurant, or finding entertainment in the Pearl Brewery complex. Plus, the city bus is conveniently located back on Carson Street (2 blocks) to take you downtown to our famous River Walk and the Alamo.

The small touches are a wonderful surprise.
Excellent location, plenty of parking, super quiet and extremely clean. This cozy apartment is perfect for a couple. Phyllis added so many nice and unexpected small touches which made the stay very pleasant. The towels and wash cloths are new and fluffy - this is a wonderful addition to any VRBO stay. The good quality hand soap, bottles of water, salt lamps, visible wifi password, instructions for television use, etc. were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The pillows were great. The bedding was nice and new. I highly recommend this place. I will stay here again and recommend to friends. Thanks, Phyllis.

Great apt, close to att center, super sweet host
Great little apt for a short stay near the att center. It is right off the highway so be aware that the location isn’t tucked into a neighborhood but it worked great for what we needed it for and was super affordable. The best part was that Phyllis found my makeup bag I left in the bathroom and mailed it to me hours after I left it. For any women out there, you know this is like the holy grail of hosts.
