Beautiful breathtaking views from the extra-large balcony! Fabulous well equipped modern kitchen. Tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Excellent location and amenities. Conveniently located within walking distance of everything. Absolutely hated having to leave, but definitely going back to stay again!!

Perfect Spot! Perfect Weather!

This was our first time to Folly Beach. What a beautiful place! The condo is centrally located to walk to bars, restaurants and shopping. Great view and we loved the large patio. Great service! Great weekend! Great memories!

Beautiful!!

Had a wonderful stay. They condo was very clean. Located right on the beach with a beautiful view from the balconies. Each room had an attached bathroom, the condo was spacious and had a great kitchen. Would stay again!!

An owner who cares

We had an issue with plumbing soon after we arrived. With a text to Jim, the owner, he had a plumber there within 2 hours and the problem was fixed. He responded quickly to any text and was there for any of our needs. The views are great, loved the ocean sounds at night, and it is a very nice unit and complex. But the stand out feature is the amazing customer service. We WILL be back.

We were in Folly Beach for a weekend wedding! It was our first time visiting South Carolina and we will definitely be back! The location of this condo is perfect: oceanfront and within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops and the pier! We plan to come back soon and stay at this same condo! Jim was so great and answered all of my questions and gave wonderful suggestions of things to do in the area! Wonderful experience! Thank you!

Spacious with beachfront views

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was very spacious and the four of us had our own bedroom and adjoining bathroom. The kitchen and living area had everything we needed to prepare meals and hang out together. We loved the huge porch and the great view of the ocean. The beach was very accessible! Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Place was awesome. View was fantastic. Convenient to everything.

Check in and out was flawless. Plenty of amenities. My wife thought she was at home since there was a Keurig. The previous condos we stayed at in the same complex did not have the views. Ocean, pool and Pier. We will stay again. An awesome perk is that you have two bedrooms with balconies and views. The balcony furniture was good quality as well as comfortable. Morning sunrise coffee and shaded afternoon/evening cocktails. Thank you again. We may be booking a fall visit, but definitely next season!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped!

We loved staying at this condo! The balcony that overlooks the pool allowed my disabled mom to watch the family, and the view to the ocean and the pier are spectacular! We love that it is walkable to lots of wonderful restaurants, too. This wasn't our first stay at this property, and it won't be our last! Thanks!

The owner went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Property within walking distance of everything and great for kids/family. The condo has everything so don’t worry about kitchen utensils and cookware or most anything. We will be back.

Perfect Spot with a Great View !!

We loved the condo !! The four bedrooms made it really nice with our large family. The balcony offered great views and was the perfect spot to see the ocean, pool, and pier. The condo was very clean and the owner took very good care of us. We will definitely book this one again !!

wonderful week at the beach!

This condo is perfect for a family getaway at Folly Beach. Folly is our favorite South Carolina beach--very low-key and family-friendly without the crowds you find further north. Also very accessible to beautiful Charleston! The condo has a great set up for multiple couples or two couples plus children. Wonderful long balcony with great views of the ocean and plenty of seating for everyone. Kitchen is well-appointed for dining in, but lots of dining options within walking distance. Owner if easy to work with and offered lots of helpful information. We'll be back for sure!

Relaxing Family Time

Our family enjoyed our Labor Day holiday weekend at Folly Beach. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The ocean views were spectacular from the large balcony. Plenty of comfortable seating on the balcony for the adults and children. The only disappointment was the jetted big bathtub in bathroom wouldn't work. I would stay here again and definitely recommend.

November weekend on Folly Beach

We spent several nights on Folly Beach! Jim Rose was very attentive and quick in all communications with us! The third floor condo was well equipped, had a very comfortable place for a group of us women to lounge and relax both indoors and also outdoors on the deck overlooking the ocean! The complex was easy to get to and only a 15 minute drive into Charleston! We'd all recommend this unit!

A great place to stay!

We've stayed here several years and it's always wonderful! The location is perfect, the condo has been recently remodeled, and the owners are lovely to deal with! You can walk downtown, it has a huge porch overlooking the ocean, and it's easy access to downtown Charleston. Thanks for a great vacation!

Spacious & Great location

We loved this condo! It is on the beach, overlooking the pool, facing the pier. It is well equipped with everything we needed. It is very spacious, and each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a plus for our family. We had plenty of room and the balcony is wonderful! Jim is so easy to communicate with! He made sure we got in ok and if we needed anything, he was just an email/text away. We will stay here again when we visit Folly!
