Located in the luxerious V177 complex with on the rooftop a solar heated infinity pool with a salt water cleansing system and as an astonishing ocean view. Next to the pool you will find the heated Jacuzzi. There is a BBQ area with a fully equiped BBQ for you to use, a fitness centre, deck chairs, TV lounge area and Wi-Fi access. Guests have the benefit of security on site and the elevator to every floor.
The apartment itself is on the 5th floor with a direct view on the beach and the ocean. The bedroom has a king size bed and a LED SMART TV with ROKU TV. system. Of course linens are provided. The living room is stylish and has direct access to the apartment covered terrace with a 6 seats table. In the living room there is LED SMART TV with ROKU installed too.
The water is triple filtered in the building, so you can drink from any tap. The kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge has a freezer included. The bathroom has a marble sink and shower with tempered glass.

We had a wonderful stay with a spectacular view!
The condo was great. It was our first time staying in downtown. Most of our previous stays were at condos in the Hotel Zone. We would gladly go back to stay at this condo, but the week we come is already spoken for next year.. It has a small close knit feel. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The only issues we had was communication problems with management organization about method of contact, trying to schedule weekly cleaning using my home email and trying to have us check out at 1000 when our rental agreement said 1100. The furniture is comfortable and all appliances are in English. On the balcony at night you can hear the waves hitting the beach.

Great condo, owners, management staff and building security. V177 has wonderful amenities. This is a beautiful condo, we would definitely stay here again.
