South Seas Club is a 55 acre gated community with walking paths throughout. It is located on the beach in Marco Island.

Apartment 304 in Tower III is a front to back unit and is 1132 sq. ft. It is located on the third floor. The master bedroom and living room have a long view down the beach. This apartment does not overlook the pool and therefore tends to be quieter during the peak season. The bedrooms are also in a front to back position with two bathrooms between them. This offers more privacy in the bedrooms which seems to be important to some guests, especially if there are kids in the second bedroom. Since this apartment is on a lower floor you also can enjoy watching the palm trees swaying in the breeze as well as view the beach. The apartment faces Southwest

We have made sure both of our condos are very well stocked. We constantly upgrade both the furnishings and equipment that is included in our condos. These are our homes and we have added the same amenities that are enjoyed at our permanent residence.  We get many comments on how well stocked our condos are. The only thing that you need to bring with you are your clothes and personal items!

Lovely condo with awesome views from balcony

We've stayed in this condo many times now and continue to go back. The owners are responsive and have stocked it well and kept it updated. We love our location on the island and it's easy to walk to several near by restaurants. The balcony is our favorite spot that we could spend all day on. The pool and beach area are well taken care of just as the outdoor property is as well. People are helpful and kind in the building and we see many of the same faces returning time after time. Marco Island is a treasure in itself but we think the South Seas Towers are an exceptional place to stay.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

This is our 8th consecutive year staying in this beautiful unit. We love it for so several reasons; the view, the comfort and the convenience. Every room has a view of the pool and the beach. So pretty! The unit has all of the comforts of home and is so roomy. The owners have equipped it with everything you need for your stay and more. Towels, sheets, pots, pans, beach chairs and toys. Even games and videos for the kids. All you need to bring are your clothes and your toothbrush! Everything else you need is there. The unit is always immaculately clean. We are already planning our trip back next summer!

Marco Island In The Spring

My wife and I just returned from another great trip to Marco Island. We go every year about the same time (late April) and as soon as we are finished with our trip, we go ahead and book the same trip for the following year. Some of our friends ask us why we travel to Florida that late in the year. Well, no sooner had we left home and our city in Wisconsin got dumped on with 21 inches of snow!We have stayed at a number of different condos at the South Seas, and without doubt, Unit #707 in Tower 4 is our favorite. It has a great view, has been completely updated, and is fully stocked with just about anything we need. When we arrive, we know it will be spotless and ready to move into. We have stayed at this condo for a number of years now and we will always book it if it is available.Last year, we even went to Marco in August for our wedding anniversary and had a great time. There is never a bad time of year to travel to Marco Island.If you've never traveled to Marco Island, I would highly recommend it. The beach is wonderful for walking, shelling, and swimming. The people are friendly and always willing to help. Restaurants are great and so are the other activities you can engage in (i.e. sailing, air boats down in the Everglades, shopping in Naples, etc...). We are never bored - just relaxed. (I should also mention the beds in Unit 707 are really comfortable, so after a day at the beach and a good dinner, we are ready to go to bed and get a good night's sleep.Come on down sometime and see what you are missing!

Condo 304 - Paradise!!!

Hello Lori, I can't begin to tell you how much we are enjoying Marco Island, and especially your condo. It is just so beautiful and warm, we feel so relaxed here. Its making it very difficult to head home on Monday, as we hear it is still cold there.
