The Villa Southern Belle is ideally situated in west exposure at a canal junction with short walk to the River, as well as to the beach and pier of Cape Coral.
You can enjoy the stunning views towards the sunset every evening at the barbecue on the terrace of the pool. Or you relax comfortably in the Jacuzzi.
The villa has three bedrooms and these two beautiful bathrooms. Especially the master bathroom is a place to relax after the renovation.
Also in the living area with dining room, breakfast bar and modern kitchen lacks nothing.
Otherwise, also btwo bikes brand “Specialized”, with helmets for excursions , for example to the nearby beach of Cape Coral, are belonging to the villa.

Area Information :Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 120,00 EUR per week results at high season 192,00 EUR

All rental rates are inclusive 11.5% taxes
House cleaning: 230.00 EUR incl. 11.5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
House damage deposit: 800.00 EUR
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Great place!
The photos of the villa doesn’t do it any justice. We had a great time. Very spacious. Very contemporary. Had been well looked after. The owners and management company looked after us really well. We’ll be going back!

Wundervolle zwei Wochen
Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Töchtern zum ersten mal in CC. Es war hervorragend. Das Haus ist toll und die Betreueung durch Thomas exelent. Kommen gerne wieder.

Haben das Haus genau so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben ist. Die Einrichtung macht einen soliden, modernen Eindruck und Alles befindet sich in einem gepflegten Zustand. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und mit dem Boot ist man in kürzester Zeit auf dem Fluss. Die Kautionsabwicklung war bereits erledigt und das Geld auf dem Konto bevor wir wieder zurück waren. Die sehr freundliche Betreuung durch Sven lässt selbst am Wochende keine Fragen offen. Auch hierfür noch einmal Danke und Grüße

Super Haus in ruhiger Lage
Alle zugesicherten Eigenschaften des Ferienhauses waren vorhanden. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war in einem einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und uns Super erholt. Hausübergabe-, Abnahme und Bootseinweisung ging völlig reibungslos über die Bühne inkl. zahl-, und hilfgreicher Informationen. Die Verwaltung vor Ort war gut erreichbar und sehr hilfreich für Anliegen. Dieses Haus empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter und möchten einen Dank für die gesamte Abwicklung der Vermietung an das CCVS Team aussprechen.
