The interior is kept in bright friendly colors, you immediately feel comfortable. A spacious living and dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer enough space for six people.
But the highlight of Villa River Dream is the outdoor area with a large boat dock directly on the River, a terrace with pool and a fantastic view of the River - this is really dreamlike. You might even see dolphins swimming by!
Spend a romantic evening in this villa and you will never want to leave!
There is also the possibility to rent a boat. Since a boat lift is required to rent a boat on the River due to the waves, the boat lift can be used at this boat dock.
Equally, there is also a lift for a jet ski

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Rental Notes
The week prices are valid with an allocation of 2 persons.
For each further person a rent of 152,00 EUR per week results at high season 243,20 EUR
Children up to the age 6 years are free of charge, Children between 07 and 12 years Euro 76,00 per week and child, high season Euro 121,60
All rental rates are inclusive 11,5% taxes,
House cleaning: 300.00 EUR incl. 11,5 % Tax (without grill cleaning)
House deposit: 1.000,00 EURO
Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.
Last minute and further specially offers available.
Security Deposit increases by 150.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.
