From the Villa Riverview is one of the most beautiful views over the River in Cape Coral. An unforgettable experience is when you see the dolphins swim by from the terrace on the River.

This villa is an absolute dream, one of the best locations on the river, very high quality and modern, here one can only feel good.

The luxuriously equipped pool terrace has sun by the southeast location throughout the day. In addition, there is still a sun platform in the quayside on the river.

There is sufficient space with three bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms for six persons. There are even two living rooms with a wonderful view. Also in the new kitchen lacks nothing.

If you rent a boat and have perhaps not so much experience, please let definitely have a good instruction with your boatman, how to dock the boat well at the River-Boat dock to avoid expensive damage to the boat. In the neighboring marina, you can always rent a wet slip (dock), there are the boats well protected. You can rent even for days or weeks.

The Villa Riverview is an absolute jewel, a luxury villa at ist finest. You will never again want away.

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do little under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. A slight breeze from the Gulf of Mexico is always blowing. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and uninhabited islands, the subtropical dream islands of Sanibel and Captiva Iceland with its beautiful white, partially deserted beaches. You can reach these islands by car in a short time.

Great house, very clean and well equipped. Quiet neighbourhood and fabulous view of the River. Sally, the agent for the house. was very helful and easy to reach. We loved our stary and hope to return next year.

Fantastic stay!!!

My husband and I had the most fantastic stay at this villa. The interior is so stylish, beautiful attention to detail, the owners have fantastic taste! I have never felt so at home at a rental property. The setting is perfect, amazing views over the river. A lovely quiet location. The local property manager, Sally was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Hoping to stay again soon!

Immer WIEDER, wie im Paradies!!!!!!!!

Wir lieben dieses wunderschöne Haus mit der geschmackvollen Einrichtung und der exclusiven Lage am Fluß. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Blick auf den Caloosahatchee ist immer wieder echte "Erholung". Täglich kommen die Delfine zu Besuch. Die Betreuung durch Sally& Klaus Senftinger ist einfach großartig! DANKE :-) Leider mussten wird durch die Corona Kriese den Urlaub eine Woche vorzeitig mit schweren Herzen beenden. Wir kommen aber bestimmt wieder. DANKE

durchweg positive Eindrücke

Nach über 30jähriger Erfahrung mit Ferienhäusern in Florida, u.a. auf Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Captiva etc haben wir noch nie so gute Erfahrungen mit einer Agentur gemacht wie bei CCVS. Wir waren 2024 in der Villa Riverview, durchweg positive Eindrücke. Riverview ist eines der schönsten Häuser, das wir bisher gemietet haben: gepflegt, tolle Lage, stylische Einrichtung, hervorragende Betreuung vor Ort. Ebenfalls lobend zu erwähnen die perfekte Abwicklung durch CCVS - innerhalb von 2 Tagen wurde die Kaution erstattet. Wir werden in Zukunft gerne wieder hier buchen.

Stilvolles Haus in Toplage

Wir waren das 2. Mal in der Villa Riverview und konnten fast 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus, direkt am River, den sensationellen Blick genießen. Der Service und die Betreuung durch Sally waren perfekt! Die Abwicklung der Anmietung und die Abrechnung waren, wie beim letzten Mal, unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Wir sagen " Danke" und kommen gern wieder!
