Nayri Life & Spa is located on Basillo Badillo between Cafe de Olla and Fajita Republic in Old Town, construction finished in 2018. No hills to climb and 1 block to the beach!
The unit is 1 bed1.5 bath, non-smoking king bed, with fully stocked kitchen, laundry, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and wrap-around balcony that allow 2 sides of the living room windows to open all the way up - great breezes all day. Ocean and jungle views from this incredible view point looking towards the Lazaro Cardenas park (town square). Weekly rentals include 1 maid cleaning, remote control blinds, security safe, double A/C units, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs with 75 live US channels, Netflix/Amazon capable, and filtered drinking water/ice.
All furnishings were custom built for this space, with imported fabrics and lighting, providing a luxury experience in the charming Old Mexico Zona Romantica district. New linens throughout.
Rooftop pools with food and cocktail service available on-call, from the building's amazing Italian restaurant. Being so new, you will have the run of the place! All afternoon, with your windows completely opened, you will hear guitar music, singers, and can watch spontaneous firework shows over the water! It's hard to leave, there is always something to see from this great viewpoint.
Don't forget to make use of the rooftop infinity pool, infinity jacuzzi (seasonal), gym, sauna, steam room, massage rooms (for hire), reflecting pool and yoga spaces. 24 hour on staff-security stationed at all entrances. This place is incredible - we love it and hope you will too.

Lovely condo in the Romantic Zone!
Jaysson and Roberto's condo is lovely. Well kept and well stocked. It is stylish and has all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The views are great and you are right in the middle of the action in Old Town Vallarta, so you are walking distance to delicious food, the beach, shopping and activities! We will be back!
This is the perfect property at the perfect locations.
First of all, we were met by Mr. Diaz on arrival. He quickly dispensed with the do’s and don’t s with a most sincere wish to not to worry about anything and to just have fun. He was always available to andwer our questions. This condo is perfectly sized for two with plenty of comfortable space for entertaining. The sliding glass doors that open up the entire wall is very nice. The full size kitchen and laundry is very nice also. And Jaysson, he made us feel like old friends just in for a visit st his place! Also, the entire staff at the building was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile! We definitely want to repeat our stay next year.
