Located at a great location in the hotel zone in Kilometer 13, Villas Marlin Resort offers all the conveniences of a Beach Resort with 3 swimming pools, parking, 24 hours security across the street from Plaza Kukulcan and within walking distance to Plaza Isla where you will find many restaurants, shopping, an interactive aquarium, swimming with dolphins and many other attractions.
If you are coming to have dental work the offices of Ocean Dental are right below our apartment and the clinic is 3 blocks away.
This suite has been fully remodeled with new floors, bathroom, kitchen, it has 1 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living-dining room with a full size sofabed (suited for a person under 5.3 ft tall), WIFI, cable TV, it faces the garden side of the resort however just walk around the corner and you will be in the common areas where there are 3 swimming pools and a beautiful beach to enjoy it, great place for those on a budget, an ideal place for snow birds.
The laundromat is by the main pool.

Good building and beach.
The building is getting a little old but is still quite nice. We enjoyed the pools and beach as they were great. Our room was very clean and functional, but not a good place to spent much time as the only view is of the back of the mall and there’s not much space. Anabel was a very good host and responded immediately to all inquiries. This is a good place to stay if you enjoy the hotel zone of Cancun and plan to spend your time out doors.

Diamond in the rough
WOW! We were very happy with our rental. We have been coming to Cancun since 1982, and have stayed at 3 different locations, this being the closest to the airport in the hotel zone. Had dental work being done at Ocean Dental, and you can walk to both of their locations in minutes. There are many restaurants within walking distance (15 minutes tops) and are authentic and all unbelievable! Groceries are across the street! The 3 pools are excellent as is the beach! Excellent security throughout the complex!! I have an appointment in November, and this is where we will be, no doubt!! Thank you Mark and Terri
