Nicely decorated condo in a highly desirable complex - Gaviotas 2, which is Spanish architecture, with a large swimming pool in a tropical setting. Complex has a very central, convenient location, close to all major attractions in Playa. We are only 5-10 minutes walking distance to Mamitas Beach and Avenida 5th. One of the largest grocery supermarkets - MEGA is across the street and Walmart is just a short stroll away. There are many restaurants, cafes, fresh juice/smoothies and health food stores just around the corner. All within short walking distance. You are going to appreciate the location very much. ELECRIC usage will be deducted from the security deposit from stays longer than 2 weeks.
Brand new smart HDTV with many internet apps including Netflix and Pandora. Cable TV and high speed internet included. ELECTRICITY USAGE NOT INCLUDED ON RESERVATION EXCEEDING 1 WEEK AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. However, we have low energy LED lights throughout and brand new infrared technology, low energy use A/C units and a water heater. Our electric bills are very low.
This unit is tucked away deep into the complex away from busy streets and traffic, which is hard to find in a Playa with the new growth and construction. There are 2 balconies - the larger one overlooks the pool and the tropical foliage. We have an Eastern sun exposure with early morning sun and shade in the afternoon. The complex is gated and security guarded at night.

Nice place Perfect location!
Once again we stayed here, our 3rd time. Isabela has been a very good land lord and has worked with us as our flights and dates have changed. Any mechanical problems are addressed promptly and Claudia, her manager, is local and very helpful. Nice secure building with parking and a very nice garden and pool area.

Best location
My husband and I stayed at this unit for 5 wonderful weeks, the unit is well appointed with everything you need to prepare nice home cooked meals. Gas Grill was a bonus. The grounds and Pool are fantastic to hang out for those days you don’t feel like going to the beach. Mega is just a block away and DAQ is just 2 blocks from the unit. Both Isabella and Claudia were great to deal with, any concerns we had were addressed promptly. We love the unit and would stay again without hesitation.

Spacious condo in quiet area
Our family vacation spot in Playa Del Carmen. Stayed over Christmas and enjoyed the place a lot. First impression was awesome with so much room and safe area. Kids slept in separate room with two twin beds and their own shower. Our master bedroom had second balcony and enough breeze at night. The condo has good equipped kitchen, third bathroom and huge balcony to the pool side. Everything in good order and condition, planty of towels and new fridge. Grocery store 3 min away, beach 12 min. Book early to get it.
