Fantastic place and people!
This was our first time to Playa del Carmen and our stay could have not been better. Laura coordinated our booking which was very smooth. Viviane was our local contact and she was amazing. First, we arrived at 6am in Cancun. Viviane arranged a pickup and then allowed us to use the unit when we arrived at about 9am even though check-in was not until 4pm. Upon our arrival, Viviane met us to give us the low down. She even stocked the frig with a 12-pack of beer. After leaving us so we could get some sleep after a red-eye flight, she sent us a list of many good restaurants in the area. This was a great help. She was also extremely prompt in responding to our WhatsApp texts or calls. The place is in a very nice ~30 unit condo. Our unit was very nice, clean, and quite even thought we were a few hundred yards from bars and restaurant on 5th ave. The building was really 1 block from 5th ave and about 2 blocks from the beach. Perfect location. The building had a small, but nice pool and a roof-top deck where we could hang out in a hammock. We met a few of the other folks there and they were owners who lived there year round. In short, very nice place, awesome service on Viviane's and Laura's part, and a fantastic location. You can't go wrong with this place.

Perfect location and Perfect Place to stay in Playa!
If you are looking for a wonderful stay and very short distance to beach and Quinta, this is the place! Walking distance to Mamitas beach and Quinta Avenida is priceless! The home is very beautiful, clean,comfortable and very well equipped. There is a roof terraza where you can relax and have a glass of wine, while your children are at the pool and looking for Hacienda San Jose's pet "Pepe" a friendly Iguana (my kids named him,ha!). Viviane she makes your stay magical

Location! Location! Location! As well... Very Nice, spacious 1 BDRM condo Unit
This was our 1st time using VRBO! Loved the location, location, location of the condo unit, as you are 1 minute from Quinta Avenida (5th Ave) Shops/Restaurants. You are less than 5 minutes from the Mamitas Beach walking... There is OXXO in front of condo plex for some groceries, snack, drinks... The Owners/Hosts were very gracious and helpful during check-in and check-out. We were somewhat familiar with Playa area, though if you are not familiar with Playa or need recommendations, they have all sorts of info at their fingertips... Condo has everything available to make your stay comfortable and lovely... Hope to be back very soon... Thought it was great value, clean, and spacious for 1BDRM unit with sofa sleeper, so comfortable for / up to 4... GREAT VALUE and imagine ONE OF THE BEST VRBO units available in Playa for the price! Take the Pepsi challenge, you will not be disappointed!
