Studio One is a new upscale development in Playa. The building has 24hr security, a lift, covered parking and a beautiful pool with stunning views of the ocean. Our flat is beautifully decorated with Chabby Chic decor, my personal favourite is a terrace with partial sea view ideal for breakfast! The flat has a large bedroom with en suite bathroom and a small studio (where you can place your computer if needed). The dining room comfortably sits 6 people, and the living room has two sofa-beds that can sleep two additional guests. We provide free fast WIFI, audio system, SKY TV and even a hammock in the living room. The flat has two bathrooms. One of the walls in our flat was decorated by a local artist.

Best location, best apartment
From the minute we arrived we knew we had picked the right place. We were met by Axel the concierge who took the time to show us around the apartment and even had a goodie pack waiting for us with tickets to the beach club right on the corner of the apartment! The apartment is exactly how it looks in the photos and we loved our BBQs on the terrace and lazy pool days. That apartment is right on the corner of the start of 5th Avenue so you have all the access with none of the noise! Great location, great apartment, and Victor

A very nice apartment, waking distance from the beach, with all the items you need to have a comfortable vacation! All you need is here! We had a family vacation and the appartment is very suitable for children and babies.
