Brass Rail, a new Luxury Beach Condominium, is a gated community with underground parking and a private elevator, second floor unit. Great ocean view from private balcony that is also accessible from the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms overlook the courtyard and spacious pool area that includes a hot tub, picnic area, and lots of sun bathing lounge chairs provided for your convenience. There two pools on property.

Our condo is beautifully decorated and conveniently located. Just a short walk to the beach, pier, pavilion, shopping, and restaurants....and approx. 50 yards to the ocean, and is located on Tybee's South End.

Each bedroom is equipped with a Flat screen TV. All beds have luxury mattresses, with wonderful bed linens and down comforters or handmade quilts to insure a restful night. Rooms are furnished in tasteful traditional style.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and fully equipped for any kind of cooking you might choose to do. We even have a 'spice rack' so don't bother to bring your spices.

The living/dining area is spacious, having lots of room to relax and enjoy your island time. There is a TV and DVD and comfortable seating, including two recliners to sit back and put your feet up. The floors are bamboo hardwood with Persian rugs scattered throughout. Lush carpet in all bedrooms.

The master bedroom has its own sitting area, and 'his and her' vanities in the master bathroom, with a jetted tub and separate enclosed glass shower.

Extra sleeping on the sleep sofa, allows plenty of room for additional guests. Also portable crib and high chair available.

Historic Savannah is just a 20 minute drive. There is much to do and see, so, come on down and enjoy our beach! Island time begins upon crossing the last bridge at Lazaretto Creek.

Property is great!

We have stayed in this condo once before an were very happy to be able to rent it again. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and affordable - it's a wonderful find! It's in a great area, just a very short walk to the beach and ocean. Very nice pool and hot tub. The owner is extremely easy to get in contact with and very friendly. :) We'll definitely look into going back again!

Beautifully Decorate

This was a great place to stay for our spring break vacation. We, two adults and two teenagers, were there the last week of March 2018. While the weather didn't cooperate to spend every day at the beach, this would be a perfect place to stay for a beach vacation. It was certainly large enough for the four of us with the common areas very comfortable. The beds were good, bathrooms all worked, kitchen was well appointed with the exception of the new kitchen faucet that Carleen and I worked out over the phone. (There's a motion sensor at the base of the stem.) We wished we'd brought a beach umbrella, but certainly appreciated the beach chairs and towels that are provided. Bringing a box of tissues and some laundry detergent is also recommended because these are not provided. Everything else is there and we appreciated how well stocked everything was. Carleen was great to work with on our last minute vacation rental. Easy to contact and work things out, and even mailed us a Tybee Island brochure and packet of other materials. This place is close enough to the action, but far enough away to have some quiet moments. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely condo, with o

This was my second time staying at this wonderful condo by the sea! This time my daughter and I spent a week, relaxing and enjoying the ocean breezes. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee, watching the ocean and listening to the seagulls. The condo is very clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom suite is huge, with a separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. Another great feature is the elevator from the parking garage right to the condo entrance! This really made bringing our suitcases and groceries so much easier! Even though this condo is so close to the beach - and to downtown - it is very quiet! We walked to several great restaurants for dinner - Sting Rays was our favorite! It is also walking distance to the fishing pier, with wonderful views and ocean breezes, not to mention ice cream and cold drinks. I highly recommend this condo! It is perfect for those desiring to be close to the ocean, with a comfortable spot to relax after a day at the beach!

Perfect Vacationing

My family and I had a great time staying at the condo in Tybee. Everything was within walking distance- restaurants, beach, fishing pier and fun. With a view of the beach from the balcony which was a nice plus for the evening relaxation. They had all necessities such as dishes, laundry, towels, beach towels, amongst other items. Also the condo provides a nice pool and hot tub to relax at when you are tired from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. We will be visiting frequently after our last visit. Thank you for the stay!

Beautiful vacation p

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The location is ideal, with be beach and pier only a few steps away. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The condo is very well furnished and decorated. We were surprised how spacious and comfortable the unit was. The owners were fantastic to work with. We are looking forward to our next stay at this property!

Great location, love

We did not feel like we were staying in a rental...it felt like we were staying in someone's home. The condo was very comfortable with beautiful nautical decor. The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was super close to restaurants,shops and the beach. Owner was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend.
