Smoke-free and pet free home. This beautiful waterfront lake house is located in Bushkill, PA within the Pocono Mountain Lake Estates (PMLE) community and near all major attractions. The house was completely renovated in June 2013, including new beds, appliances, hardwood floor, paint, fireplace, furniture and it's elegantly painted black on the outside, smoothly fading into the natural setting.
It is in the heart of the Delaware Recreational National Park and close to all attractions. The private community lake is about 25 acres, very quiet and non motored. It is carefully maintained by our board and has a sandy beach, sand volleyball court, picnic areas and much more within a two minute walk. The property is about 0.6 of an acre and you can also enjoy a relaxing view from our dock, swim in the POOL (at the Community Center and professionally serviced) swim in the lake, fish or just listen to the sounds of nature.
Bring your family and friends to enjoy this great rental property. Our home is 5 minutes away from the Niagara of PA…Bushkill Falls. Take advantage of the fall foliage, beautiful crisp springs, active summers and winters in the Pocono Mountains.

Wonderful place to s
My family did a 4 day week end trip to the Poconos, just to get away. We live in NJ so the drive was not far. The house was beautiful, my sister and her husband got to stop by and visit. We had beautiful weather the first day and enjoyed the lake, swimming, fishing and just relaxing. The second day it rained so we took a trip to the casinos for dinner. We took advantage of the many biking an hiking trails near by. It was a wonderful mini vacation and would definitely book the house again.

Great location: lake
Glad for the AC and the pool on the hottest week of the summer so far! House is as described - photos accurate. Kitchen and common room were a little cozy for our group of 8; 6 would be a more comfortable fit. Pool is a short drive but very convenient and the canoe and lake were enjoyed by all. Jose was a very responsive host and house was clean and welcoming!
