Enjoy the scenic beauty and fun activities Chautauqua Lake has to offer from the privacy of our 3 bedroom, one bath home with the lake in your backyard. Enjoy your breakfast in the kitchenette seating for 6, or sit in the enclosed sunroom that looks out onto the deck, backyard, fire pit and a 130 foot dock right on Chautauqua Lake. The family will love fishing right off the dock; fishing poles are provided. On cool evenings you can enjoy the fireplace in the main living room which has vaulted ceilings and lake view.

Very neat and clean property. We would have given it a 5 star rating if it was not for a few simple fixes. The description states that the home is air conditioned. The home has a window A/C unit in the rear part of the home. The master bedroom with the queen bed is in the front part of the home that the A/C did not reach and cool. The humidity the weekend we stayed was very high which made it difficult to sleep in the master. The other two bedrooms were in the rear part of the home, which were cooled by the window unit. These rooms were occupied by our friends who traveled with us. The pier was incredible but the furthest 1/3 of the pier was inhabited by sea gulls who left their waste on the decking which made it nearly unusable. I realize that this is a waterfront property, but the neighboring piers did not appear to have the same issue.
