2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?

Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
