This NON-SMOKING condo has tile floors throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the ocean front balcony. Front guest bedroom has a king size bed. The back guest bedroom has a two full size beds.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, along with TV.
This unit comes fully equipped with all of your linens, along with a full size washer / dryer inside the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs. Dining table has seating for up to 6 people along with 3 barstools.
The living room has ceiling fan, 55 inch TV along with access to the gulf front balcony where you have a patio set that seats 4 people.
Rental includes Wi-Fi (serived by complex) along with 2-padded beach chairs & umbrella service. These chairs sit directly on the beach! (available only during season, usually March - October)
Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive and is a gated complex, with private parking with 24 hr security. This complex has two beachside swimming pools (one heated seasonally), one large wading pool for the kids, indoor Jacuzzi, beach side deck, poolside snack bar, lighted tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball court, exercise room & game room. Along with charcoal grills & picnic tables.
The unit is located on the 13th floor, with the best view to watch the sunset. If you are looking for a great place to take your family.....this is the unit for you.

Refunds are mailed within 5 days of departure, after unit is cleaned & checked for any damages.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, unless a mandatory evacuation is made. Then a pro-rated amount based on time stayed will be given. Cancellation notice of 60 days on weekly rentals, and 45 days for monthly rentals. If less notice is given, deposit will be forfeited. (Unless, we are able to rent unit)

Regency 1306 was nothing but amazing! The condo is beautiful, spacious, well equipped with all the essentials plus more! Upon entering the first thing we noticed was how clean the condo was. Of course the best view of all was the beach view! Kim was a pleasure to work with and her communication has to be the best we have ever experienced in all the years of visiting PCB!! We will for sure be back!

One of the best Condos
This was one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed at. Every need was anticipated before we arrived. The location was perfect. The 3 bedrooms were furnished beautifully. The living room was very comfortable. The manager stayed in touch with us through our visit to make sure we were having a great time. We hope to return here with our family many times in the future.

Only got away a few days but spent it at the beach in an awesome condo. This unit is roomy, pretty furnishings, dreamy beds, great ocean views and Kim is wonderful to work with.. nothing left undone! Can’t wait to go again!!

As always Regency Towers #1306 did not disappoint. We really enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and look at the beautiful ocean. It was great weather the first couple of days but then Hurricane Ian started giving us lots of strong winds and cool air. Nonetheless it didn’t stop us from having a great time.

We enjoyed our stay during July 4th week. Fireworks were great right at the condo on the beach. Kim the agent was very responsive and knowledgeable. That was a great reason we enjoyed the condo 1306. We have stayed many times in the Regency Towers, this condo was right on ocean view as it looked over the ocean and beach. The views were fantastic. The accommodations of three bedrooms and bed sizes were right on. Kitchen supplied with needed utensils. It was clean and ready for us upon arrival. I’m going to prepare for next year again in 1306.
