Ranch Pool and Spa 1: 14FT Deep Diving Pool and attached large jacuzzi spa that waterfalls into pool. Black bottom ensures pool stays naturally warm but can be heated by requested. Run jacuzzi spa as long as you like, switched on and off at your leisure. Ample Sun Loungers around pool, pool side table seating under solar light umbrella also. Pool and spa has color changing pool lights and there is many patio wall lights in the surrounding areas. Pool bathroom is a full bathroom with shower shared with pool bedroom.

Tennis Pool 2: Large heated pool, surrounded by lush gardens and palms. Ample lounge chairs, and seating under solar light umbrella also. One of two private pools on property (All Amenities on Property are for Ranch Guests Only and Private to Your Group)

Tennis Gazebo By Pool 2: Turbo fanned, fully lit outdoor gazebo has comfy loveseats and couch. Great area to watch swimmers in pool and enjoy views of tropical palms, and gardens.

Tennis, Pickle-Ball, Basketball and Sports Court: Fully Lit for night play Full Size Private tennis court. Tennis court has pickle ball lines painted in specific area for play, net, balls and pickle-ball paddles included. Tons tennis rackets for kids and adults. 2 basketball hoops set up for games on court, Tons of bicycles and tricycles for all ages. Grass Volleyball Court located on lawn.

Playgrounds

Ranch Playground 1: Playground with slide, three swings and unique plane teeter-totter. Right next to Tangerine, Nectarine, Peach, Fig, Avocado and Orange Trees.

Tennis House PlayGround and Lawn 2: Huge Playground with 2 slides, monkey bars, 3 swings plus infant-toddler swing, ships wheel and telescopes. Toddler/Infant mini playground also on lawn. Volleyball net on lawn with plenty of space to play!

Ranch Driveway and Tree Swings 1: Tons of car parking, 1/2 driveways. Play area and tree swing right outside front door one of many on property.

Ranch, Gardens and Grounds 1: 3 Tree Swings found just below pool and are surrounded by fruit trees, strawberry patches, herb and vegetable gardens. Many varieties of flowers, citrus, avocados, figs, peaches, nectarines, and tropical fruits. Different fruits come into season year round and can be enjoyed by ranch guests whenever in season.

Mountain Biking & Local Hiking

Sage Hill Preserve 2 minute walk outside front gate. 4 mile loop goes up around house and back down. Views of ocean, and Miles of rolling hills.

Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve 5 minutes down road. One of San Diego County’s most precious natural resources, the Reserve currently offers approximately 11 miles of hiking, mountain biking, equestrian trails, picnic areas, and scenic mountain viewing points. In addition, the natural beauty of the Reserve includes native plant communities. Hike through meadows, over creeks/rivers and around reservoir holding 8 billion gallons of water.

Great for business events!

This was the first time our group has done a . Generally, we do hotels with meeting rooms in the hotel, catered lunches and breakfasts, and then restaurants in the evenings. Staying together in a shared space, collaborating with meals and clean-up helped bring everyone together in a nice way. Evening activities we’re spontaneous and informal. The property is beautiful and lent itself well to what we wanted to achieve. Everyone felt like we were staying in a palace! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a suitable venue to hold a business gathering.

Beautiful property

We held our family reunion at Bob’s ranch and had so much fun. The property manager was very helpful and when issues did arise he was able to come over immediately to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend this property!

Spacious ranch complex in a beautiful region

Host was extremely communicative to our needs and answered texts late into the night. Ranch is conveniently located 5 min drive from a town with every major store/restaurant type. Nice rolling hills with view for miles. Fun videogames and entertainment options within the compound.

Excellent for family reunion!

Family reunion for large family that came from all over the country. The two houses worked perfectly so family could have some quiet time at the other house while one may be more active. The pools were perfect. The setting was perfect. The rooms comfortable and spacious. The houses are quirky and some things needed fixing, but Bob the property manager was available by text all hours of the day. We loved hanging out by the pool and the big deck for long conversations into the evening. Highly suggest for big gatherings and privacy! The grounds crew were so friendly and lastly we hired Chef Alfonso to cater a few dinners and he was excellent! So kind and a great chef. It was a great week!

Awesome place with tons of activities

We loved our stay at Bob's ranch. There were a ton of activities: basketball, tennis, pool (on a table), swimming, and the list goes on. It was great for our company retreat, where the team could easily get together and interact on a more personal level (rather than on Zoom). Highly recommend it!!!

The Ranch is easily the nicest place I’ve stayed at for a vacation. We had 25 guys for a bachelor party and both houses easily accommodated us. I can’t recommend Bob enough as well. There was so much space on this property! Wonderful views! The owner gave us so much Information and ideas for our family to do and places to eat. We had every age group and everyone loved their stay. There was a lot of space for all of us to get together but yet if little ones needed to nap (or the parents rest) there were rooms for that too. Best of both worlds. Thank you for all the help and suggestions and use of your beautiful houses. We loved all the art work as well. Great place for all ages.

Great place for family gathering!

This was the perfect place for our family gathering. Two separate houses allowed for the group to split off to the quiet house whenever they wanted to. There was a lot of activities for the kids and adults to do without having to leave the property. The ping pong table, video games (big hit with the adults too), tennis/basketball court, swimming pool/jacuzzi and playground kept everyone busy. We really enjoyed the outdoor firepit too. The property was so large it never felt crowded. Bob was great to show us the house and how to use everything when we checked in. He was very friendly and texted us to see if we needed anything else during out stay. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Bob!

Amazing estate retreat for group getaway

Our group of 22 friends had an amazing time at the Ranch. The outdoor seating was so comfortable with the couches and fire pit and we were able to fit our whole group. We enjoyed the pool, tennis, hiking, walking to lunch, driving to the beach and more. The hiking trails are so beautiful and there is a circular path that takes an hour to walk that we did every day. The pool and spa area was so nice we spent hours hanging out and relaxing. The views from the path are breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchens were spacious. Bob was very helpful and available for any questions. This is an annual trip for our group and we are planning on coming back again next year.
