Our 12-acre resort is situated in the beautiful hills of Midwestern Wisconsin, complete with a private 3.5-acre spring-fed lake and four homes located 100 feet apart, allowing for a private getaway. Our lake is stocked with bass and bluegill, and each house is equipped with a hot tub, indoor fireplace, TV, full kitchen, and central air, making it perfect for all types of travelers.

Cancellation Policies
There are no refunds or discounts for mechanical failures (see lease) or for early departures. Cancellation Policy: Notify us as soon as possible. If we can re-rent your home for the entire time you booked, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be forfeited. Sorry, no exceptions, regardless of reason for cancellation. If we cannot re-rent and you decide to stay a portion of the time you booked, you will be charged for the entire time you originally booked. "No shows" will be charged total rent that they reserved for. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No refunds or discounts for mechanical failures (see lease).

Enough room for our group of 9 in the house.
Pros: - Hottub - On a lake with very few other people - Enough room for our group of 9 in the house. Cons: - Lots of notes left up throughout the house with threats of large fines if everything isn't done as they say. - We had to bring all our own towels, toilet paper, etc. While we were given a heads up about this in the rule list, this is the first AirBnB I've stayed at where this was the case. That being said, the pros do outweigh the cons. My friends and I enjoyed our stay

Terry was not very helpful and was rude.
Terry was not very helpful and was rude. There could be more games, dishes and necessities for the stay. His notes around the house made us nervous about everything and making us inspect the place before we stayed in order to not get charged.

Overall our stay was very nice and the cottage was comfortable.
Overall our stay was very nice and the cottage was comfortable. The main shared space had comfy couches and a big tv. The beds and sheets were all soft and comfy too! The hot tub was also very clean and nice as well. However, the cabin is also covered in very outdated taped-up homemade signage (such as advertising Summer 2019 available dates for booking) and instructions rather than just putting all the instructions in a binder like most do, which would be more convenient and keep the cabin walls clean of clutter. There were not kitchen basics as advertised, the only kitchen items left were salt and pepper, but no oil, spices or condiments. There were also no water cups, just a lot of coffee mugs and a few ~4 oz glasses. Some of the kitchen cabinets were also stuck shut with grime. The rural wifi was okay, able to stream a show/movie, which was great, but probably wouldn't support a full video chat etc. The comforters on the beds were also quite old and due for replacing.

Cute little cabin right off the lake. Plenty of space. Host was readily available when directions were needed and had an issue with toilet. Other nice rentals on the property, but enough space that it still made the visit private. Overall the experience was great.

Great getaway spot.
Great getaway spot. Knowing that you need to bring a couple items like towels and such, listed in the description and conveyed by the host upon booking, was helpful. The host was responsive and receptive to requests. I imagine that in the summer that it’s even cuter being able to enjoy the lake and beaches. 🏘️🌲

It was a beautiful stay but didn’t know we only had one toilet paper role for the three days of stay with our kids…….didn’t have rags to clean the table surface and didn’t have garbage bags as well.Sometimes when you book a trip they tell you specifically what to bring with you and it didn’t tell us we had to bring our own toilet paper and rags.This trip was to just get away from being in the city and relaxing with no business customers as well as patients.
