This house is located in the perfect spot at the base of Lake Como.
This house is located in the perfect spot at the base of Lake Como. The house was beautiful with amazing views of the mountains and the lake. The home has everything you could need, and Francesco was extremely accommodating, and he quickly resolved any issues that arised. He made several reservations for us around the town and got us into the best restaurants where he asked them to sit us at the best tables. He also was able to coordinate a last-minute brunch for us in-house from one of the private chefs he works with, which was one of the highlights of our trip. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the house in Lake Como was spectacular, not only for the location, comfort and beauty of the place, but for the attention of Francesco. The whole time she took care of that we had as much as we needed and even more. He's definitely the best host we've ever had on our AIRBNB experience.

Wow! What an amazing Villa.
Wow! What an amazing Villa. I honestly believe that Francesco's villa has one of the best views on Lake Como. It truly is stunning! We spent 2 weeks enjoying the spacious and beautifully landscaped home. We loved our alfresco dinners out on the terrace and we hired Chef Umberto one evening which was such a treat, I highly recommend doing it! We rented Francesco's boat which was fun and easy to use. One evening we docked the boat at Crotto die Platini, an excellent restaurant, minutes from the Villa. We also enjoyed the Bocce Ball Court and Ping Pong table in the basement. The ferry, which is about a 10-12 min walk away (be prepared for some hills and stairs) is convenient for traveling over to Bellagio and a few other locations. I would recommend renting a car, which comes in handy when you need to get groceries or would like to visit other neighboring towns. We all had a fantastic stay and as others have mentioned, Francesco is an extremely warm, generous and amazing host!!

Amazing home and more beautiful than the photos. Francesco was so helpful getting us some bookings at nearby restaurants and setting up a private chef one night at the house. We had two infants and he provided us with two different cribs for the babies along with high chairs. He was extremely friendly and delivered us croissants our first morning and had the fridge stocked with some basic items for us which made it easy to not have to run right to the store. Would love to come back again and get to experience the home for longer and during the summer!

This place was absolutely incredible. To start, I can’t describe just how gorgeous the grounds of the villa are. It is right on a safe and peaceful spot on the lake and features a large property with its own boat dock/boat, bocce ball, patio space, wine cellar, and more. It is stunning and spacious.
