Welcome to Villa Birdie, a cottage in the middle of nature just 15 km down the Oviedo and Gijón highway
In English style, it is a very large house on a 3300m2 estate. It comfortably accommodates 16 guests in its 7 bedrooms.
Pool (with security fence) just for guests.
Equipped with wood-burning fireplace, washer, dryer, WIFI, NETFLIX, children's games room, ping pong, board games.
The space
Villa Birdie is a fully renovated cottage in October 2018. It is located 15 minutes by highway to Oviedo and Gijón .
The house is distributed as follows(7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms) :
Downstairs:
Living room with fireplace: 80m2 structured in various environments including TV and independent dining areas.
Bedroom 1: en-suite room of 25m2 for two people with double bed of 180cm, walk-in closet and full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Approximately 12 m2, equipped with a single bed and full bathroom.
Kitchen and office: Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and large induction hob.
Terrace with barbecue and direct access to the garden.
First floor
Bedroom 3: 20 m2, with fireplace and TV, for two people in a 150cm double bed.
Bedrooms 4: more than 25 m2, with 4 single beds (3 of 200×90cm and one of 180x90cm), will undoubtedly be the favorite of children!.
Bedroom 5: 25 m2 with 2 single beds.(105x200cm)
Bedroom 6: 25 m2 with four single beds (two of 90x200cm, and two of 90x190cm) and full bathroom.
Bedroom 7: 10 m2, with a single bed (90×190cm).
Full bath.
Basement: (all exterior, with windows, natural light)
Playground: Equipped with TV, XBOX, DVD, board games and variety of toys.
Laundry room (washer and dryer) and toilet.
Indoor parking for 4 cars.
Entertainment: WIFI, NETFLIX, children's games room, ping pong table, board games
The estate, facing south, is fenced throughout its perimeter and has an area of gardens of 3200 m2 designed on terraces, where fruit and ornamental trees have been planted.
It has a swimming pool (with security fence!) and solarium for guests only. Swimming pool open from May 15 to September 30.

Guest access
Flexible check-in and check-out times, depending on other reservations.
The house and gardens are for the exclusive use of the guests.
On the day of your arrival we will greet you on the farm and show you the whole house and thus answer your questions or suggest activities, restaurants etc. in the area.
Check-in: In accordance with the legislation of the Principality of Asturias regarding the management of tourist accommodation, upon arrival guests will be registered on a guest registration form and a copy of the identity card of all guests of legal age will be requested.
Other things to note
COVID 19 - we are paying special attention to cleaning and disinfecting the floor when guests leave. We follow the instructions of the Ministry of Health for the washing of bed linens and towels, with temperatures of 60º and active oxygen (or bleach if it is linens). Likewise, we will receive you in the apartment duly protected with a mask and gloves.
In order to respect the neighbors' peace, it is not allowed to put music in the garden after 10: 00 pm. Also, please keep the noise level down from this time.

Great place to spend a few days with friends.
Great place to spend a few days with friends. We were a group of 10 adults and 10 children and we were able to enjoy the view, the pool, the barbecue. Communication with the owner is exceptional. Thank you for everything!
