Beautiful house and garden with rural views yet 20 mins walk from tube and train station with 30 min access to London. Up to 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms solely for guests' use. Large well-equipped kitchen and multiple sitting rooms. Stunning pool open mid-May - September.
The space
Up to 5 bedrooms available depending on number of guests and bedding configuration requested.
Bedroom 1 - Large bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Additional convertible bed in the room provides extra sleeping option for adult or child.
Bedroom 2 - Spacious king bedroom. En-suite shower room with large shower cubicle, basin and toilet. Ample hanging and drawer space.
Bedroom 3 - Double bedroom with use of large family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle. Bedroom 4, a spacious twin, with use of large family bathroom. Bedroom 5, single or twin downstairs, with use of family bathroom and downstairs toilet.
Guest access
Large well-equipped kitchen with dining table which seats 8. Two other sitting rooms, one of which has wide screen TV, DVD player and multiple channels.
Private heated swimming pool and large garden. Poolside cabin with ample pool recliners, parasol, outdoor furniture.
BBQ available for guests. Kindly clean after use!
Other things to note
The pool is out of bounds to infants and toddlers who are not fully potty trained and out of nappies. Please note that swimming nappies are porous to urine which pollutes the pool water and forms a toxic compound when combined with chlorine, which causes eye and lung irritation.

A lovely house – an ideal setting for a Traditional Family Christmas for 6 adults and 4 children under 11. Alison is a superb host, making booking and access very straightforward we felt we knew Laurel Dene before we left home. We were not disappointed.

Well, what to say about Alison's property...the answer is simply stunning! I booked this on behalf of my colleagues who were working locally, so the venue was ideal. With is being bank holiday and half-term, there were limited options in finding spaces big enough to accommodate the guys, but this fitted the bill. Due to the nature of the exceptional circumstances, Alison, her partner and puppy Isla stayed with them rather than the house being vacant, which was nice to be greeted. They were treated like royalty, even had a BBQ and pool party (did I mention the heated swimming pool?!).
