Beautiful and bright 6 bedroom house located in La Heredia with its own small private pool. Built on 2 levels with very nice and charming terrace that offers you stunning see views overlooking Mediterranean see and mountains. This house is ideal for relaxing family holidays where you can spend amazing time all together and still gives you enough space for your own privacy if you wish.

The space
You enter into the property on a mid-level between the two floors.
On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and each of the bedroom has got its own small private terrace.
Master bedroom has got a walk-in wardrobe and fireplace with a small seating area.

Downstair you will find fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the main terrace and separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and next to the utility room there is a small toilet.
Neighbouring the kitchen is the fourth bedroom with walk in wardrobe and its own bathroom that is equipped with shower and sink.
On a left from the entrance hall are the last two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. These two bedrooms are connected and you have to walk through one of them to get access to the other one. The bedrooms can be closed off for bit of privacy.
The living room is the perfect place to unwind. Very light and cosy with very comfortable seating area and dining table will make you feel very relaxed and like at home.

You will be able to use the entire house, including the terrace with sitting area.

Located in the urbanization, you will find a delicatessen / bakery, an award-winning butcher, restaurant and the charming Heredian bar. In addition to this, you can enjoy the beautiful plazas and two community pools located within the community (one is heated in the winter months).

La Heredia is nestled in the foothills of the Ronda Mountains, enjoys outstanding views including Los Arqueros Golf, the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the North African coastline. These spectacular vistas are to be enjoyed by day and night. La Heredia and the urbanisation of El Madroñal border the Ronda national park. From here there are many routes one can take for hiking. A great variety of Fauna and birdlife can be seen from our doorstep including Wild Boar, Deer, Ibex, Griffon Vultures and Bonelli’s Eagle.

The Urbanisation of La Heredia is popular with year round residents and holiday makers alike. In addition to the amenities offered in the community, there is 24 hour security in this gated Urbanisation.

The beautiful Pueblo of La Heredia is just a few minutes drive to San Pedro, Benahavís, Puerto Banus and Marbella. It is an ideal location for discovering the many tourist delights of Andalucía, including Ski-ing in Sierra Nevada. There are numerous golf course within a short drive, including Los Arqueros and La Quinta.

From the house you can reach Malaga or Gibraltar airports in 45 minutes via the autopista (AP7), making this a very accessible location.

Usually, people would hire a car, but you can always use local buses or taxi to get around instead.

Boy, what a fantastic home.

Boy, what a fantastic home. Truly a delight to the eyes and to live in. The house was very clean upon arrival. The terrace is not very large but with eight of us could stay there for a week well in the mornings and evenings. Get away during the day because (during peak season) it can get very hot. The view is great. All bedrooms have private bathroom with bath/shower. The showers were lovely. 1 bedroom downstairs has a separate hallway toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The crockery is perfect: it looks beautiful and there is more than enough of them. 3 cars can be parked directly in front of the house: very convenient if a lot of groceries have been picked up. The surroundings are fun: lots of eateries that are very good. We didn't find the beaches in the Marbella area special. Moderately rough sand, lots of stones in and in front of the water. It's no different. If you ask if we want to go back to this house: a fat yes.
