Description
For the perfect grown up getaway, The Find is a welcoming, elegant, bijoux space recently re-styled tucked in a quiet little twitten in the heart of Rye. Upon checking yourselves in, it provides a squeaky clean and sumptuous base to enjoy Rye and the surrounding area.
The space
The space has it's own secluded courtyard garden, where you can enjoy culinary delights prepared by our award winning neighbours, The Landgate Bistro (Booking essential) The property has been thoughtfully furnished with an eclectic blend of locally sourced vintage and modern treasures. The open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen provides a great space to relax and chill after a day's mooching around this quintessentially English town. For your added comfort and entertainment, there is also a blue tooth Bose music system. (It is also possible to listen to CDs and the radio through the TV for those without blue tooth.)
Up the narrow, winding staircase, the bedrooms with the comfiest and cleanest of beds provide the perfect resting place to recharge your batteries after a bracing walk or day's cycling along East Sussex and Kent's amazing coastline and countryside.
A welcome pack, sourced locally, will also be there to greet you on arrival together with a number of basics; tea, fresh coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and cleaning materials.
Guest access
As a self contained space guests will have full access to The Find.
Other things to note
We regret that The Find is unsuitable for children under 12 years old.

This has to be one of the better HRBO cottages we’ve stayed in. Lesley’s decor, facilities, amenities, attention to detail were unmatched. Arriving to breakfast bits, delicious cupcakes and milk, butter and jam in the fridge was a fabulous touch!!

This was ideal for me and my friend for a 2 night break. A lovely 2 bedroomed cottage which was really well equipped. We were able to chill at the cottage and also a great location for Rye with parking nearby. Would definitely recommend.

We were 3 friends out for a weekend away in Rye. Lesley's place was perfect for us - cozy and welcoming. Location is perfect, right in town (around the corner from Knoops and the main high street). We loved all the attention to detail in the house, including the freshly laundered slippers which we all made use of! Would definitely recommend.

Myself and two girlfriends stayed from 13/10 to 15/10. A beautiful, spotlessly clean property within walking distance of local restaurants, bars and shops. Easy access to the train station. The facilities in the property were excellent. We will definitely return 💕

Good thing we found Lesleys "The Find"! A beautiful spot in quaint old Rye, away enough from through traffic noise, and yet so central that all the places in town you might want to go to are just a lame stone throw away. We almost found it a shame to leave the house everytime we went out to explore the surroundings or to go for food and drinks. Snug bedrooms, functional and well equipped kitchen, even though we didn't make much use of it as there are so many good restaurant options within walking distance.
