This is a luxury self-catering holiday cottage with all the mod-cons. No 11 flaunts vintage glamour and style and perfect for a romantic break. Suitable for 4 people (plus sofa bed for 2 extras). Situated in the centre of Rye.
The space
No 11 is a luxury space to stay! Perfect for families and located in the centre of Rye. The property also has its own parking space.
No 11 features a master bedroom with a bath in the room. Featuring a silver birch tree planted next to the bath, ideal for hanging your bath robe or resting your glass of bubbles on! A Flat screen TV on a swivel bracket allows you to watch TV in bed or whilst relaxing in the bath. Also zip and link beds, allowing for the Master room to be a Twin or a Kingsize bed.
Second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out trundle underneath, which allows for the single to be made into a Kingsize bed too.
A Bathroom next to the bedrooms with a large shower, sink and toilet. Plus complimentary handwash and shampoo/shower gel.
A chic lounge with traditional beams is a cosy snug to relax and un-wind. Featuring a large flat screen TV and a DVD library and a selection of books to choose form.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, hob, cooker, microwave, sink and luxury kitchen crocery & utensils to use during your stay. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Plus a travel cot and high chair is available to use.

Also a hamper and beach toys to take out on your day trips to the beach are available to use.

It is a cosy and comfy cottage on a busy road super close to everything.
It is a cosy and comfy cottage on a busy road super close to everything. It was just about the right size for 4 adults however there is little room in the smaller bedroom once the bed was made up, and the kitchen for 4 adults was pretty full. The kitchen however I wouldn't call well equipped as the washing machine that was in the original advert had been removed (sandra and rick did apologise and offer money for a launderette which was nice and fair), and with only 6 dinner plates, a hunt for cutlery, and only 1 baking tray I thought it fell a little short. There was one pod with the advertised coffee machine - for 4 adults. However it is a nice cosy cottage walking distance of everything with parking right next door. The main huge bed was super comfy. I would stay again as it was comfy and sweet.
