The space
Welcome to our bright and elegantly renovated 160m² apartment, a true haven of peace in the heart of the city. Carefully renovated, it harmoniously combines the charm of the old with a modern style and high-end equipment for a most comfortable stay.

The apartment has six spacious and beautifully furnished rooms for your comfort. Three rooms are equipped with king-size beds (180x200cm), one room has a queen-size bed (160x200cm), one room has a double bed (140x200cm) and the last room is equipped with two single beds (90x200cm). To ensure maximum privacy, one of the rooms has its own private bathroom. All beds are prepared with soft, high-quality bed linen, and towels are provided for each guest.

Our apartment is equipped with a secure key box, which means you will not have to worry about the arrival time. You can retrieve your keys independently at any time, using a unique PIN code that you will receive by email. This allows you to not be locked out or to wait for hours to retrieve the keys. The key box is located in the apartment building, so it is very easy to retrieve. This feature is particularly convenient for travelers who arrive late or have unpredictable schedules. It's a real plus for your stay with us, you can arrive at any time without worrying about the arrival time. Furthermore, if you want an early check-in to avoid being burdened with your luggage, there are many companies just next to the apartment that can keep your luggage for you. If it's possible, we can organize an early check-in for you, but we can only confirm that a few days before your arrival.

Travelers have unrestricted access to the entire accommodation. However, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Historical monuments such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame and the Louvre are just a few minutes away by metro. The metro travel time to the Eiffel Tower is only 10 minutes, to Notre-Dame 15 minutes and to the Louvre 20 minutes.

All the things are perfect as listed.

All the things are perfect as listed. The mattress is best quality, I really have good sleep during my stay. Small elevator which fit to only 1 bag, might be a bit problem for big club up 12 person to load the package up to the room. But, all other is superb. I recommend !!!

This apartment is spacious and lovely, and Sophie was very responsive and helpful. Elevator to get luggage upstairs was very tight and stairs are curved, so make note of that. Lights in the hallway were a little tricky at first too. Rooms are spacious, but not all have a closet or shelves for storage. We did discover a second hallway closet towards the end of our trip. Bathrooms are nice. Showers are a little tight but worked great and had decent water pressure. Location was very convenient, with easy access to the metro. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the property!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had to rebook from another reservation last minute due to an airbnb cancellation so I wasn't able to do my usual diligence and I have to say this place exceeded all expectations. The apartment was spacious and was furnished in a thoughtful and comfortable way. The blackout shades were exceptional and were needed because the way the light filled the space in the day was remarkable. The location was great and would have been totally walkable to everything we had planned except for the rain. What I appreciate most about Sophie and this listing is that it was completely accurate. I hate when it says four bedrooms but you get there and one "bedroom" is the living room and a pull out sofa. Sophie was upfront about everything and we got what we expected (even a little more). Highly recommend.
