Description
A fantastic modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment on the seafront in Whitby. This new apartment is in a prime location on the seafront with stunning views of the sea. It is 1 minute from the beach and close to the shops.
The living room is open plan with a dining table in the bay window over looking the mini golf course and the sea. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer box, washer/dryer and a dishwasher. There is also a handy utlility, great for storing the buckets and spades. Outside there is a parking area available on a first come first serve basis and plenty of free parking on the surrounding streets.
The spacious master bedroom is made up of a king size bed, lots of storage and a handy ensuite with toilet, sink and shower.
For offer in the second bedroom are 2 single beds and a large cupboard for storage space.
The large family bathroom consist of a toilet, sink and bath, perfect for a soak after a long day at the sandy beach!
The apartment is all on the ground floor with disabled access.

We had a lovely week in Whitby. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The location was peaceful and easy to find. Highly recommended. 😊

Warm and cosy 2 bed flat.
Warm and cosy 2 bed flat. Immaculately clean all round, modern bathrooms and kitchen, everything worked well. Fantastic position on the sea front. We stayed for 10 days in March and parked on the road outside using the scratchcards provided lots of spaces were available every day. There are 4 or 5 parking spaces on the premises but were mostly in use on our visit. Debra was quick to communicate on a couple of queries we had and gave very easy to follow instructions re arrival etc. Lovely place in a great position would definitely return.

Very good place to stay, I have a few comments.
Very good place to stay, I have a few comments. There was no washing up liquid or Dush wash tabs, but this was sorted the next day. Place was very clean and tidy. Could not get DVD to play, instructions to use tv would have been useful. I found a bag of rotten carrots in one of the cupboards and old onions. The kitchen, bath room and bedrooms were very clean and met our needs. The other things, Deb I think it’s time for you to get a new knife block as very very blunt knives, had to buy a knife for our use while there. Also quite s few of your cups and bowls have a few chips and need a revamp. We were very happy overall with the flat and the location. And would definitely return. Sorry about the few negative comments but thought you would rather no, these things have not detracted from our stay. Many Thanks

Thank you Debra for a great flat in a perfect location. We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Clear directions prior to our arrival with easy on street parking arrangements. We would recommend Pizza West which was just a 5 minutes walk, although prebooking at the weekend seems essential.
