The carefully designed Marsh Gate House is a bespoke holiday haven, meticulously crafted to ensure a relaxing experience. Welcoming guests to this extraordinary stretch of the Jurassic Coast, the house is adorned with thoughtful touches catering to the entire family.
The layout of the house facilitates generous space and privacy, with all bedrooms enjoying the luxury of en-suite facilities. The first-floor master suite, complete with a Superking-sized bed featuring a Hypnos mattress, guarantees a restful night's sleep. This suite also includes built-in wardrobes and a concealed vanity unit. For families with children, the games room serves as a multipurpose space, equipped with quad bunk beds, an Xbox, and an array of games to entertain the little ones.
Marsh Gate House extends a warm welcome to canine companions, with dog-friendly features complemented by nearby pristine beaches and scenic country walks.
**GROUND FLOOR**
The entrance hall, adorned with an oak staircase and glass balustrade, leads to the first-floor master suite. The sitting room, featuring a contemporary fireplace and sea views, offers comfort with two four-seater sofas, an armchair, and built-in window seats. A 65” smart TV with Sky adorns the media wall.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area boast bi-fold glass doors opening to an outside terrace with sea views. The fully-equipped kitchen includes integrated appliances, a large island with bar stools, and a wine fridge. The dining area comfortably seats 10, with provisions for junior/high chairs.
A utility room, cloakroom, and a games room/children's bedroom with en-suite complete the ground floor.
**FIRST FLOOR**
The master suite occupies the entire first floor, providing south-facing sea views, a super king-sized bed, a balcony, and a lavish en-suite with a free-standing bath.
**GENERAL**
The house is equipped with gas-fired central heating, double-glazed windows, and includes all bed linen and bathroom towels.
Disabled access is available to the ground floor only.
A welcome hamper with local produce awaits guests, featuring essentials for a delightful start.
**OUTSIDE**
The property offers parking for three vehicles in the driveway, additional free parking on the private road, and a south-facing front garden with lawn and sea views. A terrace with sea views and a rear garden, perfect for storing bikes and water equipment, complete the outdoor space.
The garden games room features a full-sized pool table, dartboard, Sky TV, a bar area, and ample seating, providing entertainment for all ages and weather conditions.
Check-in is available on Mondays or Fridays, with other days considered upon request.

Thoughtful welcoming touches, including flowers and a hamper. Every bedroom has an ensuite and the children’s bedroom is fantastic! We loved the games room which is separate to the house.
