Welcome to NAPIER'S LOOKOUT, an extensively renovated Airbnb just a stone's throw from Weymouth's acclaimed sandy beach.

Our residence boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room/dining area with a home cinema, and five bedrooms spread over three floors. The games room is stocked with a pool table, arcade games, a dartboard, mini basketball, and board games.

Ideal for families and friends seeking a retreat to unwind or explore the delights of Weymouth and the Jurassic Coast.

**COVID-19 Safety Measures:**

Rest assured, the property undergoes professional and thorough cleaning between each booking, ensuring a sanitized environment. With a self-check-in system via keypad, accessing the property requires no physical contact.

The expansive living room, accommodating up to 12 guests, features a home cinema setup with access to Disney+, Netflix, Now Cinema, Amazon Prime, Roku, All4, BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, YouTube, and more. The fireplace adds a cozy touch during the winter months.

The adjacent dining area offers an extending table for up to 12 people. The well-equipped kitchen includes a large Bosch fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. A utility room with a washer and tumble dryer is also available. French doors from the kitchen lead to a charming outdoor terrace with a dining area.

For families with young children, we provide a cot, highchair, and children’s cutlery.

All beds are adorned with White Company Egyptian cotton bedding.

**First Floor:**
- Spacious family bathroom with a roll-top bath, twin sinks, and a walk-in shower.
- Separate W/C.
- Elegant master bedroom with a sea view, super king bed (or twin setup), and a pull-out bed for an additional guest. A desk and chair are provided for those needing a workspace.

**Second Floor:**
- Double bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
- Games room equipped with a pool table, retro arcade machine, dartboard, mini basketball net, and board games.

**Third Floor:**
- Expansive attic bedroom offering panoramic views of the Weymouth skyline, a kingsize bed (or twin setup), and a fold-out single chair bed.
- Cozy single room with an additional fold-out chair bed.

**Guest Access:**

Centrally located in Weymouth, the house is a mere 4-minute walk from the train station and 80 meters from the beach. While parking is not available outside the house, unloading is permitted, with nearby local parking options or free parking within a short walk. Specific parking details are provided upon booking.

The whole experience was amazing.

The whole experience was amazing. We were a group of 12 that wanted to have a weekend away together in a home environment so we weren’t stuck in separate hotel rooms. The home is amazing. We all loved the games room and cinema room. We all agreed we will definitely come back. The host was in contact prior to our visit to ensure we had the beds set up correctly for our group. The home was clean, we had comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We even had a bottle of Prosecco left for us. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Wonderful stay at Catherine’s house. Lots of room for 11 people. A very well equipped house with everything you’d need for an enjoyable stay. Great location in the centre of town.
