6. **Supervision of Children:** Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the hot tub area. No kids under the age of 18 in the hot tub.
7. **No Diving or Horseplay:** Avoid diving, jumping, or any form of horseplay in and around the hot tub to prevent accidents and injuries.
8. **Limit Time Spent:** To prevent dehydration and ensure the enjoyment of all guests, limit your time in the hot tub to approximately 15 minutes.
9. **No Lotions or Oils:** Refrain from using lotions, oils, or any other substances that may affect the water quality.
10. **Emergency Procedures:** Familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures posted in the hot tub area. In case of any issues, contact us immediately.
11. **Respect Quiet Hours:** If the hot tub is located in a shared space, respect quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Very nice and peaceful. Close to lake george and about 25 minutes to saratoga. Had the family stay adults and kids loved it.

This was a last minute need for us.
This was a last minute need for us. It worked out great for what we needed. Jared was extremely communicative & helpful with any questions. That being said, some items were missing when we walked in. It didn’t have some essential like trash bags, paper towels & had a used sponge. The biggest piece for me was that it stated it had ac & in fact does not. The location is amazingly close to Lake George.

Check in was very easy and Jared was very responsive and helpful all the ay through our stay! The cabin was also very close to the center of Lake George which was convenient! Will definitely recommend and come back to in the future!
