As you enter the front door, on the right hand side you have a guest W/C, leads through an open planned lounge, dinning and kitchen area. Off the kitchen there is a store room. The kitchen is equipped with a combination fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a toaster.
The property has central heating. The inside dinning space seats 8 guests and the lounge space has three sofas, log burning fire, Meo television, IPTV and internet.
Off the lounge there is a corridor which leads to the bedrooms, on the left hand side there is a twin room with an en-suite bathroom (shower, twin washbasin, toilet and bidet). The bedroom to the right hand side of the corridor is a twin bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a patio door leading out to the pool. There is a bathroom (bath, separate shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet) at the end of the Corridor which serves this bedroom. Also at the end of the corridor, there is one more bedroom which has a king size bed, patio door leading out to the pool and a en-suite bathroom (bath, twin washbasin, toilet and bidet).
Outside by the pool we have a lovely terrace area with 6 layout beds, outside dinning table, charcoal barbecue with a sink and an outside shower.
Pool measures 10 x 5 meters. Pool Heating is available for an extra cost of £220.00 per week. 7 night minimum charge.
There is a lovely grass space for kids to enjoy themselves.
There is a spiral staircase up to a small terrace upstairs with a slight sea-view.
The property is set on a corner plot. There is parking space for one vehicle.
