Hi,
I have a cozy, friendly cottage for rent.
The house is rustic/ikeamaessig Nordic. It has different levels and a gallery.
There is a seat under a large birch in the garden.
The terrace has a good gas grill and a weaver grill and there is a fire bowl for stock bread.
There are several bikes 28 ladies, 28 men, 20 and 24 children's bike // two are incl.

The space
It is located on a 1300 sqm large natural plot with many trees and grasses with enough sun in a great Lower Saxony village without through traffic. The forest connects after 100m and here it is really quiet.
In the house it does not get too hot due to the trees even in summer.
In the living area of the gallery open to the living room, there is a second double bed.
Guest access
Guests can use all rooms except the basement.
Access via three steps at the entrance.
Other things to note
To the next swimming lake it is three km through the forest; the lake has a great clear water.
The house can be heated with a fireplace and additional electric heaters.
Wood is provided.

On the whole, the property has given us
On the whole, the property has given us especially because it's in a very quiet environment. The beds were not made, which irritated us a bit. A small quirch is that the bathroom and bedroom are almost in the basement, so it is much cooler and you are forced to turn on heating. But you have to pay extra for that. Otherwise we are satisfied. We'd love to come back. Thank you
