The space
Location
On the outskirts of Hohwacht/Baltic Sea quietly located on a 1200 square meter plot on the edge of a nature reserve. Unlimited view of the nature reserve with inland lake, salt meadows, cranes and Galloway cattle. A small section can also be seen from the Baltic Sea. It is a 10-minute walk (1000 m) to the spa beach past shopping opportunities in the town center. Nearby is the new 18-hole golf course of Hohwacht.

House description
The 98 sqm house has 6 sleeping places in three rooms (one double bed room, one double pull out sofa bed - IKEA and one twin room).
In the large living room (50 sqm), there is the comfort kitchenette separated by a counter (dishwasher, 210 Ltr. Refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven) and a Danish fireplace provide cozy warmth on chilly evenings. A spacious sauna, two toilets , two showers and a washing machine allow for relaxed living with 4 people or more. Both bathrooms (showers) are fully renovated in 2016. From the large south-facing terrace,which is right in front of the living room, you can overlook the wide nature reserve at a 180-degree angle.

The house is equipped with a TV ( satellite dish ) , video recorder , CD player and radio. And a simple piano ! A few simple notes are also available.

The heating is done with thermostat-controlled electric radiators ( in the bathrooms with underfloor heating ) , the hot water supply is ensured with two electronic flow heaters.

Smoking is completely undisturbed on the terrace with the most beautiful views. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

The house is for rent all year round for a price between 100 and 150 euros per day (seasonal).

Guest access
The whole house, the property and the shed are available.

Other things to note
In Hohwacht, a tourist tax of EUR 0.50 or 2.40 is payable per night. Will be sent by me beforehand (Spa cards and invoice, after communication of the names and ages of the fellow travelers).

There were five of us and had a good stay.

There were five of us and had a good stay. There was everything we needed (even in the kitchen👍🏻). At the end of August, we were very much struggling with the mosquitoes. For this, you have the great location on the nature reserve.
