Description
We offer in the district town Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, a part of our house as a complete, completely separate housing unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The holiday home is located on a quiet home street, about 15 min. Walking distance to Heider Zentrum/Marktplatz and is very convenient as the starting point of walks in the moor, forest and bike rides. Bikes can be parked and the car can be parked right outside the front door.
The space
The very well-kept, cozy non-smoking apartment has a spacious entrance area on the ground floor with fitted wardrobe, large guest toilet with additional small shower, bedroom with double bed(1.80 m x 2.00 m) and adjoining bathroom with small Bath and separate shower. On 1st floor you will find a large living and dining area with garden views, west-facing balcony and electr. Awning, a fully equipped kitchen and an additional room with desk and queen size double bed (1.40m x 2.00m).
Other things to note
We will gladly provide a cot (0.6m x 1.20 m) and high chair free of charge as well as hand, dishes and bath towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, TV and stereo system.
Pets are allowed only upon request and long-term stays are also possible.
