We welcome you to Malta by offering this beautiful 4 BR Villa situated in one of the nicest and most upmarket locations in Santa Maria Estate in Mellieha, Malta. The villa has a magnificent and well-sized pool area equipped with deckchairs and tables overlooking a mesmerising beachfront scenery.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a very large dining/ living area and 4 good-sized Bedrooms.
All the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and with WIFI. A truly remarkable place to spend your holiday!
From the deck pool and from the terrace you can hear the sound of the sea.

The villa is close to many sandy beaches, including the popular Mellieha Bay (Ghadira Bay) 8 minutes by car or 15 minutes by walk. You can find the largest sandy beach on the island, fabulous restaurants, open bars, open restaurants and much more.
Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, and the most picturesque beach on the island, Paradise Bay are 15 min by car.
Beaches are very close with on-site facilities including snack bars and cafes as well as water sports to hire to indulge in some water fun. you can hire a pedal boat, try parasailing, snorkelling or swim out in the stunning Mediterranean Sea.
When the heat is stifling, a day at the Splash and Fun water park includes a lazy river, Super Bowl, high-tide wave pool, animation programs and fun-filled family slides.
The bus stop is 8 minutes walk away from the villa.
The bus goes to the terminus in Mellieha and continues to Valletta.
Supermarkets and shops are within walking distance from the bus terminus.
From the bus terminus, you can get other buses to different places.
