You will love the light-flooded apartment and especially the large sun terrace offers space for recreation.
The space
The lofty, bright living and dining room is adjoined by the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 m), the other with two single beds. In addition to the spacious shower room, there is also a separate toilet.
The approx. 78m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor, is completely wheelchair accessible with elevator and offers a parking space in the underground car park. A maximum of four people can be accommodated here, and it is perfect for couples, business travelers, and families with kids.

A very well equipped apartment.
A very well equipped apartment. Modern and cleaner. No each other. Also good with young kids. There could still be salt, pepper and shower gel. Otherwise, the apartment is great.
