Modern meets ancient in our holiday home Antiquarius. The interior is furnished with a lot of love for detail and partly built by yourself. Quietly located , 10 minutes from the edge of the forest, here come WAnderfreunde at your expense. Beautiful evenings with friends can be enjoyed by the fireplace or on the large terrace with garden. The balcony offers a great view of the Eifel. Centrally located against direct motorway access A3 / A48.
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, gr. Kitchen offer everything the guest needs.
The space
The house has 185 square meters spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 9 people. The property is fully equipped with underfloor heating. Spacious living - dining area you can spend sociable evenings in front of the fireplace.
The bathroom on the upper floor with a large bathtub invites you to relax in a bubble bath. On the upper floor balcony you have a great view and can enjoy the sun until late in the evening.
Other things to note
NOTE:
The garage is not available for guests.
The installed alarm system is not active. There are motion detectors in the house, these were also part of the alarm system and are not active either!
The house was equipped with a complete alarm system by the previous owner. There are also motion detectors in the entrance area and on all doors and windows.

Regardless of the age of the children, we charge a price of 30 euros/night.

A lovely house in a great location. Lots to do locally and within driving distance. We were lucky to visit during the Rhein-in-Flammen festival in Koblenz, just a short drive away and could see the fireworks from the upstairs balcony. Nicole lives nearby and was very responsive via messages. All in all a fab stay in a delightful part of Germany - thanks Nicole!

Super spacious house with pleasant underfloor heating in every room. We stayed there with our young children and grandparents. In the evening, we all relaxed together on the large coach. During the day we made trips to Koblenz and Marksburg. By car, everything is easily accessible within 20 minutes. Nicole is super nice. I highly recommend it.
