The space
The cottage is in a quiet location about 5 minutes by car and 90 meters from the center of Eitorf. Adjacent is a hiking trail. In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop with hourly access to the town center and the train station. This is located on the Victory route and allows you to travel via Siegburg to Bonn or the main train station as well as to Cologne Airport within 30 minutes. In the other direction, drive to beautiful Siegerland. Via the ice train stations Siegburg and Cologne, you can also reach the Flughafen Frankfurt am Main in a relatively short time. The A560 and A3 motorways are about a 25-minute drive.
The house offers a fully equipped kitchen in the basement. With a cot-quat-increase. Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, flour, sugar, tea, coffee, filter bags, toaster, raclette with a table grill. Furthermore, a cozy sitting area with 4 chairs.
There is a leather set in the adjacent living room. One side, you can extend eclectic, so there is another sleeping option. As well as a highchair. A TV with satellite connection and a DVD player with a few DVD`S. On one wall hang 2 benches and a massive table, these can be used as a further seating for at least 6 people.
There is also a guest toilet with toilet and mini vanity in the lower area. Just like a small storage room.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms. With 2 double beds a 1.90 x 2 m and with 2 matching bedside tables. In one of the bedrooms is a big closet with hangers. As well as a crib with bedding and sleeping bag And in the 3rd room a double bed 1.40 x 2 m.
In another room is a sofa bed which is designed for 2 people. With a cozy armchair and a well-stocked bookshelf for young and old.
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, illuminated mirror cabinet and toilet. There is a hair dryer. Soap and shampoo .
For children, there are toys and board games.

I have absolutely nothing to complain. Everything needed and more was available,the house is very spacious,the garden and large terrace do the rest. In addition, everything is very clean. The communication with Birgit has also been great. We will definitely be back:)

Birgit is a great hostess, very friendly and always available. The house is very lovingly furnished, everything is very clean and invites you to feel comfortable. Our two fitters felt very comfortable and could enjoy their end of work. It is all there, what you need. Communication with Birgit was also very friendly and warm. The check-in with key code was also super easy. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend this beautiful property. Thank you Birgit for your amazing hospitality.
