Welcome to our light-flooded 90 sqm feel-good oasis with loggia. Very quiet and rural location, the apartment is located on the 1st floor of our detached house.
Here you live in the countryside, on the edge of the Ruhr area and can still quickly reach the attractions of the Ruhrpotts.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in the right place. If you want city life, you should choose another place to stay.

The space
Arrive and feel good…

In the large living room you have plenty of space. Here is a cozy couch and the large dining table, as well as the small working corner is located there.
Little guests will also find some toys here. From the living room you reach the loggia, where you can have a delicious breakfast in the summer.
Adjacent is the spacious kitchen, which is fully equipped.
Dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster , smoothie mixer kettle, coffee machine ........
In the rear rooms is the modern bathroom where you can relax in the walk-in rain shower.
To the right of the bathroom is the comfortably furnished bedroom, where you can dream wonderfully in the 1.60 m wide bed.
To the left of the bathroom is the 2nd bedroom with a cozy 1.40 m bed, large chest of drawers and standing mirror.
For hygienic reasons, this room is closed for an occupancy of 2 people. A 5th person could sleep in the living room on the couch. For one night, this is possible.

Good Wi-Fi with up to 150mbits is available throughout the property

A large supermarket (open until 22.00,Rewe Kaufpark) and a discount store, Lidl (open until 21.00) can be reached by car in 3 minutes.

Guest access
You can park on the parking strip right in front of the house. Please don't! Park in front of the garages.

Other things to note
We live on the ground floor, so below you . We have a little hangover, Lui, who likes to sneak through the house. So you could meet him in the stairwell. He's super sweet, but definitely shouldn't be left out of the house. The apartment is therefore not suitable for cat allergy sufferers.

We stayed with a group of 5 for one night, it was such a cozy evening and really felt like home. It was a very nice bonus that there were so many amenities (in the bathroom and kitchen for example). Thank you !

Lovely stay in a quiet area. Everything was clean and tidy. Instructions to get in the stay were clear and we were able to get in ourselves with a code which allowed us to check in flexibly. Large living room, perfect for playing games by the fireplace.

Fabulously well equipped kitchen

Fabulously well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom with gorgeous toiletries and spacious living areas. As two adults and two teens (16 and 14) we spent 4 lovely days exploring Movie Land, Duisburg Zoo and Münster all of which were very easily accessible. Supermarket very short drive away and we made 4 lovely meals there. Iris is an amazing host. Before we arrived, she sent through lots of information about activities in the area and how we could buy a green car emissions pass nearby. On arrival she greeted us and showed us around. Wish we could have stayed for longer and would definitely seek out staying with her again if in the area.

What a wonderful place and great,

What a wonderful place and great, engaged and experienced host. Communication was quick, easy, and friendly. The instructions to get in were perfect. The apartment has all the comforts, very cozily furnished and sparkling clean. It is also very spacious. Much bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds also sleep well. Windows equipped with shutters, so the bedrooms can be darkened as desired. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet. We slept there for 1 night after visiting Movie Park Germany but would have liked to stay lower and would love to come back. In short, highly recommended! We had a lovely stay!
