The space
This newly renovated apartment, newly furnished in a Mediterranean style, is perfect for 4 guests and is located directly on the Rhine and the city center.

The two bedrooms each have a super comfortable box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m and 1.60m x 2.00m).
Hotel-quality bed linen and fresh towels are of course available to you.

In one of the bedrooms you will find a very comfortable couch where you can end the day relaxing.
The 50-inch flat screen can easily be turned into a couch or bed.

In the other bedroom you will find a workstation with a 22 inch LCD monitor, keyboard, USB-C hub and a mouse.

Apart from a high-speed WiFi connection, the bedrooms are also equipped with a LAN jack.

In the new, fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Among other things, an oven, an induction cooker with two hobs and also a dishwasher.
A washer-dryer is also available.

You shouldn't miss anything at breakfast either and you start your day with a freshly brewed organic fair trade coffee from our fully automatic coffee machine. If you prefer tea, you will find a large selection of different types of tea in organic quality.
Various spices, oil and vinegar are also available for you free of charge.

You don’t have to miss out on your morning workout with us either.
In our small fitness corner you will find everything you need for a good workout.

The bathroom has a shower and a new vanity. Everything you could want from your home is available here too: hairdryer, towels, shower gel and shampoo.

50 meters from our apartment you can enjoy the sunset or a walk along the Rhine.

Many amenities of everyday life are within walking distance.
Restaurants, bars, butchers and many other retail shops are a few steps away from our apartment.

The opera house is also not far from our apartment
High-class formats take place regularly.

Cologne/Bonn Airport is 20 minutes away, but you can also reach the Cologne Trade Fair in less than 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is on the ground floor.

A nice little well-designed apartment located very close to the Rhine and a 15-minute walk from the center and 10 minutes from a metro station. Perfect for visiting. Located on the ground floor but overlooks a quiet street. There is just the nursery next door, with the parents making a little noise in the morning but it didn't bother us, we were getting up early to visit.

We loved this beautiful flat in general.

We loved this beautiful flat in general. The rooms and living space and kitchen were generous and well equipped and very comfortable! We had some hiccups with the heating that wasn't working, but the owner sent an engineer within a couple of hours and we did have electric heaters in the room so it was no problem. The router was also a bit temperamental. There were roadworks in the street which meant one lane of the street was closed - so parking was very scarce and we couldn't always get parked near the flat. Also, worth noting that it is not a very quiet surrounding in general. The lady across the hall I the next flat has a nursery for little children, so the noise starts around 7.15am when all is getting set up and then little children and parents start to arrive. Not really ideal for long lies.
