Our apartment is quiet and sunny by the surrounding forest of the Arnsberg district of Bruchhausen, framed by the Arnsberger Wald Nature Park.
The Ruhrtalradweg from Winterberg (source of the Ruhr) to the mouth of the Ruhr into the Rhine near Duisburg is two cross streets away.
Many excursions in the vicinity make Bruchhausen a varied and relaxing holiday destination.
Winterberg can be reached in about 45 minutes by car.
The Stauseen Sorpesee, Möhnesee, Hennesee in about 20 - 30 minutes.
In winter, our ski resorts Winterberg - Willigen - Wilde Wiese are easily accessible, among other things.
A fun pool with outdoor swimming pool "WET" (5 min.)
or 2 other outdoor pools (about 10-15 min) are easy to reach by car

The place met my expectations and needs. Host very helpful and friendly. Nice location with a fairly good view from the balcony. Close to very nice food store / walkable about 15 minutes. Good off street parking. 15 minute drive to shops, nice outdoor dinning, and Saturday market in Neheim.
