Surroundings
In a direct beach location, directly behind the dunes and embedded in a small pine forest, is this spacious and modern equipped holiday home. The beach path leads you from the property through the dune landscape straight to the fine white sand beach. The town center with shopping, cafes and restaurants is just under a kilometer away.
To the holiday house
On the ground floor, next to the entrance area with cloakroom, is the generously combined living and kitchen area. To the left, you will find a cozy sitting area with a direct view into the garden. In the other part of the living area, the large and inviting dining table blends. This offers its guests enough space for social hours - whether at game night or eating together. The adjoining fitted kitchen impresses with its clear design and excellent equipment, which makes the heart of all cooking enthusiasts beat faster. On the ground floor, there are also two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. In one of the two bedrooms, a bunk bed also offers an extra bed. Two bathrooms with toilet/toilet on the lower floor provide further living comfort. The upper floor with gallery character serves with forty square meters as a second spacious living area. Here there is a cozy sitting area by the fireplace, a play table, a kicker and a small children's play corner. You can also access the covered balcony overlooking the garden from here. When furnishing the house, we responded to many guest requests and thus created the basis for a versatile and relaxing holiday. The upper floor includes a total of three more double bedrooms and two single beds. Upstairs there is a third bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower/toilet.
The cottage has a fantastic and fenced natural garden. The wraparound wooden terraces are partially covered, high quality furnished, and give you several seating options. Sun loungers as well as a ball grill are also included. So nothing stands in the way of peace, relaxation and delicious barbecue evenings. Here you can also reach the separate sauna cottage, which is equipped with loungers, a shower and the sauna. This wellness oasis can be booked separately. There are also two to three parking spaces available for you.
The
house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people and an additional 2 small children (up to 2 years). Hühnergott houses an additional separate in-law, which is sporadically used by the owners. If you look at the property, the left part is used by the owners, but the right part of the property is available for guests.
