****Holiday home Pötenitz (DHH), very quiet and idyllically located in the nature reserve Pötenitzer Wiek. Distance to the natural beach of the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea only 700m. Distance Travemünde: 3 km. Spacious rooms, full equipment, fireplace and sauna.
Quite large, slightly rising lawn behind the house with sandpit and fruit trees, raspberry and currant bushes.

The space
Large living-dining room, (with highchair). In the living room there are comfortable armchairs and a sofa for seven people.
In front of it is the terrace, which is wonderfully warm even in low sunlight, and the lawn for small and large holidaymakers to play with. A sandbox at the terrace.
Three large bedrooms, one with a king size double bed, the second one with a 1.60m wide bed and a single bed, 1.80m long (for a small adult or a large child), the third with a king size double bed
The bathroom with shower will be freshly renovated from April 2017.
A guest toilet on half a flight of stairs.
The kitchen is very well furnished and has a basic equipment of spices, tea, kitchen roll etc., ( which should be used by the guests gladly).
The washing machine is in the basement.
In the front garden shed, you will find the deck chairs and the barbecue, and you can store bicycles.
The sauna is located in the back garden house.
Behind it is the laundry spider.

Other things to note
The holiday home is located in the nature reserve.
There are many ways to observe birds, wild bees, etc.
In order not to let insects get in, for example, it is recommended to preferably open the window with a fly screen in each room and to keep the fly door closed to the terrace.

We had a great time at the listing, which exceeded our amenities. Gisela is a very friendly and accommodating host, who was always quick to reach for us.

The house is wonderfully spacious and is in a great location.

The house is wonderfully spacious and is in a great location. The Baltic Sea can be easily reached on foot or by bike and Lübeck is also not far away. In the house is great amenities , also a nice book - and game collection is available. However, the wifi is moderate , if there are three people on the internet, you need a lot of patience. In the place there is a nice cafe , even with vegan cuisine . We found it disadvantageous that there was a lack of basic equipment in the house. Toilet paper , garbage bag and dishwasher tabs were missing . In addition, it was partly quite dusty and there was a large stain on a mattress. However, I highly recommend the house.

We felt very comfortable in Ms. Schiefer's house. It was everything you needed and the house warmly welcomed us with its loving furnishings. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and within walking distance is the water and the natural environment easy to explore. We would come back anytime and make a clear recommendation! Spacious house, you live like with friends.

Spacious house, you live like with friends. Good amenities, partly outdated but charming. Wifi is good, but sometimes turns off briefly Very good for families with younger children, rather not for teenagers, but you can park them in the attic. Enough space for 6-7 people. Nice garden with fruit trees Quiet, the rooster does not crow until 7.30 am. At night, dogs sometimes bend wildlife. The walk to the beach is sometimes not so nice on weekends, lots of cars and bicycles. However, the beach is beautifully wild and not very busy. Within walking distance there is a very good cafe on Fridays to Sunday with cake, breakfast, small food.
