HYGG INN - Our feel-good place where you can enjoy the good side of life with your favorite people!

The house, which was completely modernised in 2021/2022, offers many highlights: spacious rooms, box spring beds, 65" smart TV, rain shower, electric charging station, garden with 60 sqm sun terrace, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill - nothing is missing! A gas fireplace (currently under construction! As of July 22) in the indoor as well as a sauna house in the outdoor area invite also on cold days to feel good.

Our accommodation in Skandi look offers luxurious comfort: wooden flooring, 100° sauna, outdoor kitchen with weaver gas grill, large side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, fully automatic coffee machine incl. Jug function, steam cooker & induction stove, smart TV, 100 Mbit internet, garage, 3 parking spaces incl. Wallbox, exterior blinds throughout the house and many other highlights!
3 individual bedrooms and 1 narrower children's room (can also be easily used by 2 adults, but adjoins one bedroom - see floor plan) offer enough space for our small and large guests. A total of 8 adults and up to 3 toddlers or babies can be accommodated.
Two full bathrooms - one with bathtub -, a walk-in closet, a living room, and the fully equipped kitchen make our holiday home complete.

Also INCLUDED in the price: tourist tax, bed linen, bathroom towels. We take care of everything.

Additional costs:
A dog up to 10 kilos is allowed for a fee (50 euros per stay for extra cleaning) - please state the number of guests!
After booking, you can optionally book via our guest folder (available via email before departure): gas bottle for weaver grill, towel package for sauna & beach as well as baby equipment (bed, bathtub, high chair).
Use of the electric charging station at the house on request before departure!

Guest access
There are 3 - of course free - parking spaces at the house. The entire outdoor area is fenced and thus offers safety for all guests. Walking distance to the beach, restaurant or beach club? No problem. The Kurwaldweg also starts right at the house. If you want to visit other Baltic Sea baths, you can use the MOLLI railway, which leaves not far from the house.

Other things to note
With the purchase of the house in May 2021, we as a family have fulfilled a dream: The desire for our own holiday home to show visitors from all over the world how wonderful our home around the Baltic Sea is.

Old meets new: Since then we have been renovating the house & outdoor area – from the GDR style to a modern, hygienic dream house! We are happy to be able to finally get started in 2022 with the rental of our accommodation. And the journey isn't over yet: Gradually there will be more life moving in and many more highlights are coming in the house – follow us for the latest news and many before after!

We stayed with 6 adults at Susanne and Philipp's in September 2023. House is great and renovated with attention to detail. There are 3 large bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen with induction, fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with 2 doors, ice dispenser and fresh water and a great living room. Everything is very well structured and very clean. We got in and loved it and felt right at home. Beach is within easy reach, a small walk through the spa forest and you are there. We would come back any time and can only recommend other vacationers to Susanne and Philipp as a guest. It's worth it.

We highly recommend Susanne and Philipp's house

We highly recommend Susanne and Philipp's house. We stayed in November for a week with four adults and two babies. The furnishings are very cozy and we liked to cuddle and play the dark afternoons in the living room. The kitchen is well furnished. However, there are also a few restaurants within walking distance. The hosts helped us super quickly with a broken bathroom and we could always get in touch with questions.

A cozy and very well equipped home.

A cozy and very well equipped home. The garden is great too, but unfortunately we didn't have the right weather to use it. We felt very comfortable at the moment. Because of the pear tree next to the garage, only 3 cars had space, but across the street it has a paid parking space. The house is actually located in Heiligendamm, a rather quiet district of Bad Doberan. With 8 adults, 2 toddlers and a dog, the home was full but it went wonderfully. What is worth mentioning: to get into the upper bathroom you have to go through one of the bedrooms. The landlords are super nice and easily accessible. We had a great time and would be happy to recommend the house.

The place was easy to reach and seemed very welcoming. Communication was easy and everything was organized. The furnishings are well-coordinated and invite you to linger. Even in bad weather, you can have a nice time at the property. The children's play area is designed to fit. The sauna also invites you to sauna.
