My place is large, cozy attic apartment with a 40sqm terrace where you can relax and barbecue. Beautiful mountain views and a large fireplace for cozy evenings. Projector with Sky and fully equipped kitchen.

The space
The apartment is generously proportioned and partially extended with five meter high ceilings to the roof. Cosy with exposed wooden beams. Situated in the district of Jerstedt, with good connection to the B6 and a nice starting point for exploring the Harz Mountains. Several supermarkets, a cinema and a bar with restaurant are not far away and in the village there is a bakery that is also open on Sundays. Bicycles can be rented for a small fee. The apartment is in the countryside, has a very beautiful view of the resin and the boulder and is nevertheless very central. One double bed with 1.80 and one with 1.60 lying surface as well as two single beds can accommodate up to six people. Through the large roof windows above the beds you can see the stars in the evening or watch TV comfortably in bed, as there is also a flat-screen TV here. Bed linens, towels and many other small things like toilet paper, soap, coffee, tea, SPICES, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) etc are included.
Small extras such as underfloor heating, bath+shower, double sink, side by side refrigerator, TV in the bedroom and all sky programs make the stay pleasant. On the terrace, loungers invite you to relax and in summer it is particularly fun to grill. The living room with 65 sqm offers plenty of space for large families or groups. Whether you enjoy the peace in the reading chair, have meals together at the large dining table or relax on the couch in the fireplace corner... There is something for everyone. We are happy to adjust children's prices on request and make an affordable offer.

Thank you very much for this great break. The apartment is surprisingly child-friendly and has everything you need and much more kitchen accessories. The apartment is very very clean and super nicely decorated. The best part was the projector and the big screen. We really felt very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful. There are two nearby playgrounds and while walking you can see some animals. Our kids were just as excited as we did.
