Description

The house is in a very quiet residential area, only 100m from the edge of the field. The A5 is 2 km away.

The space
In the middle of the Bergstraße holiday region, our new guest house is located in the Bensheim district of Fehlheim.
The house with garden and terrace offers on the ground floor a modern and fully-equipped kitchen (with large fridge/freezer, steam oven and Bora hob).
This is followed by a beautiful open dining area and living room. A large 50 inch TV (connection via WaipuTV) and a modern couch invite you to linger. Also accommodated on the ground floor is a guest toilet, a cloakroom and a pantry.
On the first floor are our cozy themed bedrooms "Ocean" and "Birkenwald" (with WaipuTV). The large bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower is a small room with washing machine and dryer. Both very bright bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In the attic, there is another bedroom and a home office area with a work table and office chair. Of course, these rooms are of course also air conditioned. This floor also has its own modern bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower.

Guest access
When you press the house bell, this will be forwarded to our mobile phone. We can then press the door opener for you.
In the house (wardrobe) you will then find 2 keys for the duration of your stay in a key box.
By arrangement, we are also happy to be on site to show you your "feel-good house".
Other things to note
This is a non-smoking house! Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Failure to do so will result in professional post-cleaning by a specialist company that will book with at least €300
