Description
This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...

The space
The house features a big living / dining area (70 sqm) and a beautiful gallery with a TV corner, both overlooking the big garden which is teeming with flowers during the summer. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great terrace, partly covered, in a southerly direction, and many beautiful spots in the garden. The kitchen is well equipped, inkluding coffeemaker, ice machine, fondu- and raclette-Sets and ample dishes. A washing machine is also available.

The house accommodated us perfectly well.
The house accommodated us perfectly well. We were 5 people and there was space for everyone. Large towels, super-equipped kitchen, tables and chairs for every room. Claudia is an excellent host.

The accommodation we liked very well. The house is nicely decorated with great rooms, a large living and dining area and a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the sun in the morning. The garden is super large and the frogs in the pond every now and then in the evening.

Had a nice stay! Super nice country house, with beautiful garden. Nice base to visit Berlin and its surroundings. Car is necessary. There are no shops or restaurants in the nearby area (within walking distance).

In the kitchen you have everything you'll need. Claudia is an excellent host: flexible, straightforward, and very friendly. Highly recommended!
