Autumn, sauna, forest walks and relaxation!

We rent our country house in the beautiful Heimland, near Rheinsberg - just under 100 km from Berlin.

The house is quiet and undisturbed on the edge of a small village. The village is surrounded by dense forests and a total of 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens and fresh eggs every day. There is also a sauna on the property with terrace and a magnificent view over the surrounding nature reserve and the forest with lake.

The space
The house sleeps up to 6 persons. In the children's room there is a 1.60 x 2.00 m double bed, in the bedroom a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed and in the living room a sofa bed with about 1.40 m x 2.00 m.

Good Wi-Fi is available and the house is equipped with everything you could ever need for vacation (or even work) in the countryside. Adjacent to the open kitchen there is an inviting dining and working area with fireplace and space for about 10 people. In the evenings and in fresher temperatures, you can stand here and at the blazing fireplace in the living room.

In the lower area of the property there is a wood-heated sauna and for cooling a bucket and an outdoor shower (for the extra wood charge €8). The Ruoxidasse offers uninterrupted views of the Erlenwald and the nearby Heegesee.

In the upper outside area you will find various dining and seating areas, a fire pit, a barbecue, a small fish pond and a lot of space to read, rest or play and romp.

The property has 3 chickens and 2 rabbits. The fresh eggs are welcome to eat, and the animals enjoy care, run, and occasionally fresh water and food.

A large selection(!) of clear lakes and beautiful, partly lonely bathing areas is about 10-15 min walk away, the nearest kiosk is 1 km, pony riding 1 km, boat rental and the nearest supermarket about 5 km away.
The existing bikes can be used.

A tourist tax of €1.60 per adult is charged a tourist tax of €1.60 per adult. / night. Children do not pay. Information about the perks is available in the house.

You have the whole house at your disposal.

Other things to note
We would like to inform all interested parties that this is a privately used property and house in the countryside - i.e. that it is not always perfectly clean and tidy and can also cross the path every once in awhile. Also, there are still unfinished corners and projects on the property where we work out piece by bit. This does not reduce the recovery factor, but should be clear when booking.
In addition, we ask our guests to take a look at the rabbits and chickens during their stay and to exchange the drinking water in between and to replenish the food if necessary. In return, you are welcome to eat the fresh eggs that are laid in time.

Sandra is an incredibly likeable and caring host. Their clear descriptions and explanations helped us a lot. The cottage is very cozy and stylishly decorated, the property is beautiful: a deep green oasis full of peace and serenity. The chickens and rabbits were a special highlight (especially for the children) and their supply gave us great pleasure. The sauna in the middle of the "jungle" was unbeatable and a huge wellness plus. The scenery around the property is a dream and therefore we were on the road every day. In any weather. Thank you, dear Sandra! We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful place

A beautiful place, right by the forest. Lakes and lovely little places to stop ( cafe, restaurants) near the bike (by the way, bikes in great condition!!!)

Sandra is a really nice host and the communication went well. My son at the age of 3 had a great time out in the garden, driving the digger and Bobby cars, also feeding the chickens and rabbits.
