Alexandrovka: A settlement built according to the plans of the architect Peter Joseph Lenné on behalf of the Prussian king Friedrich Wilhelm III.
Immerse yourself in Prussian history. Our idyllically embedded wooden house has, among other things, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living and 1 dining room.
The orchard is only open for you as a resident of the UNESCO World Heritage House - walk and enjoy. Welcome, be our guest!
The space
Alexandrovka is very central to many attractions in Potsdam. Bus and tram are in the immediate vicinity.
You're not supposed to lack anything in our house. We welcome you with a bottle of wine and water. Linen, towels, WiFi, hairdryer, shower, coffee and tea are also provided by us.
In the two bedrooms there are a total of three cozy double beds. For toddlers, we would have a travel bed or a children's mattress.
During the Christmas season, we want to make you particularly comfortable. Little Christmas gifts will be waiting for you.
New Year's Eve in Alexandrovka - celebrates in the heart of Potsdam's city centre. We provide sparkling wine and Berliners :)
Guest access
All the house is at your disposal. However, please do not enter the basement and attic. Thank you.

This house is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We ask all guests to treat this heritage with respect and caution. Thank you!
There are no fences between the plots in Alexandrovka. Our property boundary is the long way between the two gates in the fence. Please stay inside our property.
In the kitchen is a box with food and beverages. If you, dear guest, would like to get something out of it, please use our cash register of trust. The respective prices are on the products. Thanks in advance for your honesty!

Julia and Jan were great.
Julia and Jan were great. Proactive and positive. They always answered their phone and resolved the few minor issues we had. Stupidly I left my headphones in the house and Jan posted them on to my next stop. Great to talk to and a great spot. The walk in the orchard to pick apples and pears was fun.

We had a great stay.
We had a great stay. The house is really thoughtfully equipped and tastefully decorated with a view for loving details. We and our son especially liked the play suitcases with really nice children's books and the huge garden with football goals and interesting apple trees with varieties such as high-time apple or red pepping. Also the location is great. By tram you are in a few minutes in the city center or at the train station. And right across from the house, there is a great playground:-)

There were four of us in this accommodation for a few days.
There were four of us in this accommodation for a few days. As a family of four (the kids are 4 years and 1 year), we had a wonderful amount of space. The location is absolutely perfect for us. We had our peace as a family and could not disturb anyone else. At the same time, we only walked 15 minutes with the kids to the city center with small shops, restaurants and shopping. And also everything was within walking distance to Sanssouci. The traffic in front of the house was not a problem at all.
